Staff, Breakfasts, Room, Location

The location is very good, right in the center of Nha Trang and easy access to everything. Plenty of restaurant and massage nearby and Vincom Plaza (supermarket, cinema and buffet restaurant) is just next door. The room are big and clean Right opposite the hotel is the beach and one of the best stretch in Nha Trang. Hotel provide beach towels at lobby (front entrance) for hotel guest to bring to the beach.

Wifi is a bit temperamental, will get disconnected from time to time. Wifi in the lobby is fast n strong The air condition takes a long time to cool down and will automatically jump to 26 degrees by itself a few time a day The swimming pool is very small. Sound proofing is bad and can hear outside sound clearly

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is very convenient as it is right next to the Vincom shopping centre and the private beach! Less than a 1 minute walk to both of these destinations. Also must note that they had given us a free upgrade to the highest level floor with the master bedroom space and beach view. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The buffet was so delicious! They change the menu everyday and provide yummy meals. The staff there are also very kind and helping. definitely recommend this place.

Very close to night life .. beautiful view of the beach .. fabulous breakfasts.. Rooms very clean .. beds and pillows comfortable. ☺

Poorly designed bathrooms. Water leaks everywhere when you have a shower. The whole bathroom floor ends up wet! 🥴 Sailing club over the road goes all night long with thumping music so avoid front ocean rooms.

Everything was excellent..from the airport pickup..(arranged by the hotel staff.). The food the service.and most importantly..the fantastic staff..the location is first class..over the road from the beach and sailing club. The whole area and hotel location is very good and you can walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon

The hotel is located directly opposite the beach. The room was great with amazing views of the ocean. The staff at reception were amazing and so helpful. The buffet breakfast had such a wide choice of food and a chef to freshly cook my favourite omelette!

Location location, in a great part of town and mini mart open 24/7 down stairs was a bonus.

Pool needs music and a bit more TLC but ok for the price.

The location is very convenient for everything. Annie was very friendly, and gave us a room upgrade. The room, which was very spacious, looked out to the beach!

The bathroom is very nice, except the shower curtain couldn't be closed all the way, so you'd get water leaking to the bathroom floor when showering.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Big rooms with nice seaview.

Bad shower design means water will always end up on the floor. Don't stay here if you can't stand some music noise from the nightclub across the road.

The Staff are very friendly n polite Manager Annie was wonderful

Breakfast should have more choices.
