The room (little bungalow) was really nice and clean with very comfortable bed and all basic amenities you need. One big advantage of the room was having AC/heating. There were also chairs overlooking the pound where one can chill. The accommodation had breakfast included (but they were rather simple). The family doesn’t really speak English but we have managed to communicate simple requests. We liked the location as it was a little bit remote at the end of the village about 30 min walk to the touristy part of Tam Coc but for some people it might be far or not suitable as there is really nothing around. There is also limestone factory behind the accommodation which some people might find disturbing but it was quiet and somehow complemented the surroundings.

We booked the accommodation with the excitement of having bouncy castle but unfortunately there wasn’t any🙁

The cabin was super sweet and cozy. It was clean and there was a heater and hot water what was great during the cold weather. Young lady was really helpful and welcoming, served us hot tee as we arrived. She rented us a motorbike with good price and helped with everything else also. Location was little bit out of the main round so it was quiet and the walk to the main road where all the restaurants and shops are (15min) was beautiful. Price was good and we would totally recommend Cat Luong homestay 💛

Behind the cabin there was some factory (?) and we were surprised about this at first, cause it looked kinda strange between the mountains. Luckily it didn't make any sounds or smell and you could not see it from the cabin ( big beautiful windows). So it didn't disturb at us after all

This is by far the best value for money guesthouse I've stayed in in Vietnam. My private room looked brand new and was exceptionally clean. The shower had amazing water pressure and endless hot water which is hard to come by. The beds were very comfy and the sheets and towels were clean. I couldn't believe how nice my room was for the cheap price. The owners were very welcoming when I arrived and helped me rent a motorbike and book a bus. The location is great because it's only a 5-10 minute ride into the nearby town so you have the option to enjoy the peace and quiet or head into town for good bars and restaurants. I absolutely love it here.

The room is nice, clean and big. The family is also nice. The breakfast is good and it's not always the same so that's pretty cool.The food they do is good (the vegetarian hot pot was amazing 🤩) and the beer is cheap. It's a little off the center and so it's quiet and pretty, we really liked that. We rented bikes with them and it was perfect 😊 It's a really good quality for the price you pay.

The pool wasn't open to swim and there is a factory right next to the homestay (but it blended in the decor at the end of it). Also, we didn't realise it's a fishing place and they have kind of a frog breeding that we disliked but that's a totally personal opinion ☺️

The cute huts built on the little lake with stunning views and the ride to town was so delightful. The family that runs the place are lovely. You can rent bikes for cheap and the breakfasts were a nice variety and their pho was also great

The pool is being remodelled at the moment but the weather was terrible anyway so we couldn’t use it. On a nice day the pool would be amazing.

Very Nice modern Bungalows, situated in a beautiful landscape and also nearby famous sights like Temples and the entrance to the Cave Boat Trips. The Family is very Friendly and helpful and organized rental bycicles and motorbikes. The breakfast was very good and also the coffee. We tatest a fantastic seafood hotpot for Dinner and fantastic springrolls and other Special local Food. I would always come back :)

- location : it is just 3 min drive from the Main Street . The place is really quiet and you can enjoy nature . - they have a fishing place there , it is quite fun and nice - the place was clean and quite . Bed was big and comfortable - they have hot and cold water for shower . - The staff ( daughter of the owner and her husband ) are very helpful

The mom is pretty annoying Doors of some rooms are pretty annoying to lock

Out of town so very quiet, nice to get away from the noise. There’s a cement plant nearby but wasn’t noisy, couldn’t notice it anyway. Room was nice and clean, AC worked well, both hot and cold heating. 20 minute walk into town. Nice dog to greet you!

Pool was out of action as they were doing some maintenance on it.

It has one of the most beautiful view with beautiful pond and mountains. If you are looking for escape from hustle bustle of the city. This is the place to be. Even the hosts don’t speak English, they treat you like family member.

Little bit far from center of the Tam Coc. Around 2km away from restaurants and bars.

The place is slightly away from the main locations, and right in midst of the nature with great views. The property at that price was amazing

Everything was great. However, The pool is not working, and the family managing the place does not even reciprocate with a smile when u greet them in english or Vietnamese
