We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tam Coc Garden Resort. The grounds are beautiful with tropical plants all over the grounds, and views of the mountains and rice fields. The pool is absolutely breathtaking. We spent lots of time there. The pool in July was warm, not particularly refreshing, but we still loved it anyway. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. The pool is even more beautiful than the photos. The location of the resort is great. Just outside the town. We used the free bikes to go into Tam Coc for dinner and visit Binh Dong pagoda. The staff was amazing with great English, and very helpful with getting us last minute taxis, and private drivers for excursions around the area. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything you might need. The resort provided a detailed brochure with all the local attractions and distances from the resort which helped us plan our days. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were very pleased with the service and food. Breakfast was great. Lots of self service items plus dishes such as waffles and egg dishes you can order off a menu. Specialty coffee such as a latte or cappuchino was available to order.

My only suggestion would be to have larger amounts of water and juice available at breakfast since the bottles of water and juice kept running out. The staff would refill the bottles and they would quickly run out again. Also self service coffee would be appreciated so you can have an extra cup or 2 of coffee if wanted.

The house is very well decorated. It is an isolated property with amazing views and beautiful warm water swimming pool. They very generously provide a jeep and bikes to commute between room and reception.

The food was not good and service could’ve been better. The room checkout time according to my reservation was noon, but I was told at the reception that it was 11am. There was a bit of a gap in communication at a few places. The price didn’t feel justified.

- the setting and views are simply stunning, particularly from around the pool and bar area, and the garden around the bungalows is also beautiful - the staff were incredibly helpful, arranged taxis and hire of moped etc - food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner) - the cocktails were also delicious especially the Pho cocktail - really refreshing - location was a little way out of tam coc but no more than 10 minute moped ride

- we couldn’t get the water in the bath to get really hot so had to use the kettle to help heat it up - although there were bicycles, there were no mopeds there available to hire but it really wasn’t a problem as they arranged for a moped to be brought from Tam Coc for us to hire (we negotiated down from 150,000 to 120,000 VND per day)

This place really is breathtaking. Our room had a beautiful view over a rice field. The room itself was very well furnished - clean, modern, with a really unique aesthetic. The staff were really lovely, Ting went out of her way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. While we didn't get to use the pool, the pool area was stunning. The breakfast was good with decent variety. They had lots of free bicycles available for cycling around the area. The hotel is just far close enough to all the main highlights but far enough from the main town.

The hotel is quite expensive. While it is really beautiful, I'm not sure the value for money matches up compared to some of our other accommodations in Vietnam. That said, we really enjoyed our stay.

Tam Coc Garden Resort is set in the most beautiful location, rice in the middle of the rice fields with the tall mountains surrounding you. Besides the natural beauty, the staff is the friendliest and most helpful group of people we have come across in any country. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, they were available to help us with any of our needs. The receptionists helped us immensely. Book a taxi, no problem. Extra blanket for the sofa, you got it. Everything happened so quickly too. The restaurant staff is so kind and the food was great as well. Really impressed with this resort and the staff. Just exceptional!

Service was excellent, with friendly staff who attend to your every need. The resort is also located some distance away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, and really feels like a getaway. The restaurant serves good food and there’s a nice view from the balcony too. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The resort is about 5-10 minutes away from Tam Coc town, which can make booking a car ride on the Grab app challenging. However the friendly receptionist will always be ready to help arrange for taxi booking if necessary. It would also be good if the beds were harder, but overall we still had a really good stay at Tam Coc Garden Resort

Beautiful resort set in a lush garden, a few minutes drive from Tam Coc center. Peaceful, lovely staff, stunning views, great food and large rooms nicely decorated with everything you need in it. Absolutely loved my stay and riding around to enjoy the scenery. Would definitely come back.

If i really had to mention something, it’s that there is not much privacy on the terrace of the bungalows. You’re quite close from your neighbors (with no separation).

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing view, beautiful grounds and garden, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, quiet environment, awesome food, this place is for you! I hope I can go back some day. Our bedroom (mountain veranda room), was so beautifully furnished, had a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel has great mountain bikes that you can rent for free, which is the best way to explore the Tam Coc Resort.

Everything.... we were looking for somewhere to relax after a month in Vietnam and we found it. Tam coc Garden Resort is just so beautiful, from the gardens to the lovely private bungalows. Breakfast was delicious and the offerings in the restaurant were very good, free bikes to explore the area, lovely cool pool for relaxation, and the staff were very helpful, loved out time here.

The resort is lovely. Very well kept with a warm and friendly staff. The service was excellent. It is in a good location. They provide bicycles and there are many sites within a few kilometers of the resort. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this property.

The breakfast was good but the lunches and dinners at the restaurant were average. You may want to explore other places for meals outside of breakfast. The resort is a bit expensive by Vietnam standards but comparable to other similar resorts in the Ninh Binh area. We did a lot of research I think this is the best resort in the area.
