The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful during our stay. They offered advice on where to visit, how to get there, and how much things should cost. This was appreciated and very helpful! The room was big, clean, with a stunning view over towards Tam Coc. Breathtaking! We used the free bikes, hired a moped (£5 per day), used the pool and outdoor seating area. All were great, and counted towards what was a very enjoyable stay here.

Not particularly a negative, but people should be aware that it is a ten minute bike ride to Tam Coc, and small stretches of the road are not lit very well. We'd have been a bit happier with lights on the bikes. We saw this as a small price to pay, as the views and quality of this hotel more than outweigh this short bike ride to go for an evening meal or drink. If you stay in Tam Coc itself, you'd miss these views are you wake up every morning, and that would be a shame in my opinion!

Staff is friendly and attentive. View from the 5th floor balcony is exceptional. Bed is comfortable. Food is delicious. Beautiful decoration throughout the hotel.

The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Lynn ( who seemed to do everything at the property) went above and beyond and really made sure we were comfortable and met all of our expectations even with the language barrier of us only speaking English. She was simply awesome and we really appreciated how hard she worked. We understood that the property had many challenges because of the lockdowns and restrictions so not everything was perfect, but they did their best to make sure my wife and I had a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

Really helpful staff.ms dzung that runs the hotel were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were greeted with a lovely tray of fruit and tea upon arrival.which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers bike for guests to use for free. Which was handy for getting around the area. The room were clean and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the surrounding scenery. The lobby area was beautiful decorated and made for a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The service we received during our stay was exceptional, with staff always on hand to help with any request. They even assisted us with cookies food taxi. Breakfast was great too, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from

We loved our stay here!! Such a lovely property, fantastic breakfast and enthusiastic and friendly staff. Ms Dzung helped us so much, we arrived 6 hours before check in (after a long and tiresome journey) and she gave us breakfast and let us check in early- we were so so grateful! Our room had everything we needed, and the air con worked super well. The pool was awesome, the breakfast was great and we really liked the location! Tam Coc is a great quiet spot outside of Ninh Binh, and the property is about 5mins on a motorbike or 10mins cycle to Tam Coc main town. Highly recommend asking reception about tours/private driver to see the best sights. We would definitely come back and recommend this stay :)

Breakfast was simple (pho or banh cuon, pancake or toast, fruits, coffee or tea, juice), however staff were attentive to change requests. Receptionist and guest relations person Ms. Sep Dung handled all English communications and was extremely helpful. Organised my a new room with desk when she learned I was working remotely. Also organised a car back to the bus station when leaving.

The area is relatively quiet and rural, but has tourist sights (Bich Dong temple) and activities (boat rides) nearby. Restaurants nearby are geared towards one time customers and food quality was not great. Thao Beo restuarant 2km to the west was similarly priced but had infinitely better food quality and attention to detail. The whole area has a vibe of poor people constantly trying to sell things to tourists in order to avoid backbreaking farm labour.

We had a wonderful stay. Ms Dzung and the entire staff were super attentive to all our needs. The location is superb, right next to a huge limestone cliff on which you can sometimes even spot white goats. This is the hotel to choose if you want to be a bit removed from all the action, yet if you want to move around, there are bicycles available for free. There is also a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are really spacious, clean; the beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is just fine. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend it and I will definitely return if ever back in Tam Coc. (Hopefully) Thanks Dzung and thanks to the entire team.

Really nice views, we stayed in the bungalows, so the views around us were great. Air condicioned room and an insect net around the bed were a must during our stay. Ms Dzung was really helpful throughout our stay and helped us with information about the activities and sights around Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. Also great to have the free bicycles to explore the area.

Because the area has so much vegetation and water, at night we have to be careful with mosquitos, so they dont enter your room. Also these are wooden bungalows so its normal. This is not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind, but the insect net around the bed was great

We really enjoyed our stay at tam cốc lionking Hotel and resort . Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. We really enjoyed relaxing at the garden the menu has plenty of choice. What really made our time there was the staff - we were welcomed warmly and looked after during our whole stay. and the Dzung lady on reception . were especially accommodating and helpful -she dzung for us to use the hotel facilities after we’d checked out, as we waited for our train that later that day. 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ninh Binh.

The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable bed and a good hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was yummy and made fresh in the morning (although is mostly Vietnamese options, ). Ms Dzung is very kind, super helpful and made sure everything worked great for us. you can also rent scooters from them and they will help you organise your trip if needed. Location is quiet and slightly further from the hustle and bustle but it is ideal to explore everything you need in the area and is close to restaurants and bars in Tam Coc.
