Loved the vibe of the resort, very relaxing and truly a retreat experience. The staff was attentive and welcoming. My butler Ngan was very helpful and accommodating, giving advices on the resort and our transportation arrangement etc. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable with relatively new facilities.

+ The transporting boat (from lounge to resort) can be renovated or even upgraded to a bigger one as it was shaky some time. This should really be considered as part of resort’s facilities and your overall “experience”. I’d seriously consider this especially if traveling with elderly/children. + Food menu is acceptable in terms of pricing but can add a bit more of variety.

This is a high quality (and high price) resort where you are completely isolated and safe. Staff are all friendly and the food is excellent and so are all services in general. Our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view. We had a personal butler and she was fantastic.

This is not a place for the elderly or for ones with a health condition. Our room was a stiff climb up 60 steps and this was an improvement on the first choice at 90 steps. Also, the only way to get to the place is by boat, even if it is not on an island and the climb in an out of the boat is not easy, at all. Frankly, they should state that much more clearly on the website. OK, our room was called "treetops" but we did not realise we had to take this very literally. Another thing to bear in mind is that the ONLY thing to do is to do... almost nothing except relax and maybe swim.

The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing Bulter called Bao who we cannot say enough good things about, he really made our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were overall clean. The facilities were great and we really enjoyed our ocean view villa with pool. The views and scenery are fantastic. The spa was very good and relaxing. Bonus the have cute pet dogs.

It didn’t bother us as given the location this is to be expected but there are ants everywhere (even in the bed). Thankfully house keeping comes twice a day and bug spray is provided. The lunch/dinner menu could include more diversity.

Location was beautiful despite being in rainy season. (It would be lovely when the sun comes out!) The staff was very nice and the food was great as well! The rooms were a beautiful retreat away and I would gladly recommend to friends and family!

Unfortunately given rainy season, there was unideal weather. The resort offered “activities” but almost all of them could not actually take place because of the rain and wind. That was disappointing.

Almost everything about this property was fantastic. Staff are so friendly, so welcoming and polite with us, facilities are full and well-maintained. Our villa is so big, cozy decor, spotlessly clean with nice pool and great view of Ninh Van bay. - My wife loved her first time tried kayaking and it was so fun to discover the surroundings by kayak. Spa was relaxing. Gym is beside the spring with a green view. We have decided to come back next time with our big family and for trekking the mountain :) - However we would like to make special mention of Thuy, who provided us the highest level of customer service we have ever received, thank you Thuy and we wish you all the best!

- it would be perfect if the management allow guests to bring in resort a limited beverage with reasonable extra charges. We pay 5% service charge, so the 800,000 VND extra charge for a red wine is too much, that made us feel they have been trying hard to make money on their customers at every opportunities!

Like something from White Lotus! Without a doubt the most beautiful place we have ever had the privilege to stay at. Wonderful facilities and superb staff!

There was nothing we did not like about the entire experience.

Luxury stay, got upgraded to beach front villa that was the most pleasant to stay. Massive bathroom with the most impressive wooden bathtub we’ve ever seen. We love the design of the whole place - very eco friendly, feel like you’re surrounded by nature with all cosmopolitan construction signs being well disguised or covered with pebbles and rocks. We could walk to the water stream, trek to water falls (not so difficult) with the gorgeous view of the bay. Many activities you could spend the day with: kayaking, swimming (optional) to the pontoon in the middle of the sea where the most amazing pictures/ footage could be taken, swimming pool and recreational center with pool table and ping pong. If you stay here for 2 nights or less, your day will be packed with what to do. Each villa has a butler who will help you with all the questions and coordination for activities or food. Ngan was ours and she was helpful despite being so occupied with a fully booked place. The Sen deck is where you can see the sky full of stars illuminated every night. Don’t come here on full moon because the stars will be outshined (as in our case)

The food was rather disappointing, especially Asian options from the menu. There’s only one restaurant and 1 menu so it gets tired easily in limited choices you can choose from.

exceeded my expectation. stayed at treetop villa which gives you great sea and mountain views. very quiet with privacy and living in a nature environment. we liked the private pool as well and everything about the villa is great.

same as most tourists commented, find the drink and food is very expensive as compared to other 5 star hotels, even the transportation as well.

Everything, this is a gem at Ninh Van bay. Not so pricy as the others, but it really satisfied us. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was clean and spacious, having everything we needed. So many things to do in the day that we did not have enough time to do them all (maybe because we were bringing a 8-month old baby). Will definitely come back.

Location and unique vibe. Very friendly staff. Close to nature.

Not warned about only being allowed to order food and drink from hotel facilities. Got expensive and feel we should be allowed to bring and consume simple snacks.
