The staff is very good and helpful. Clean rooms, good air condition and WiFi. The location is great, walking distance to beach, close to airport, supermarket and easy transport around the island with free bus or motorbike. The gym was no the best but enough to get some type of workout in. Breakfast was good but some things ran out if you arrive later (08:30-09). Pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset, no shade though so we didn’t hang out there for long. Overall good experience and I would recommend!

Gym could use better equipment. No shade by the pool. Our door didn’t close properly so we always had to make sure it closed and locked. Otherwise nothing to complain about!

Good location, close to the beach (about 5-7mins walk) and close to bars/restaurants and King Kong Market (very affordable souvenirs and others gifts plus food and drinks). I loved the pool on the roof. It's not massive and only 4 lounge chairs but it was great for when I was too lazy to go to the beach. Good breakfast options and the room was big (was upgraded for free) and clean.

They charged an extra 4% when paid with credit card and booking.com didn't give me the option to pay in advance. Apart from that, I liked my stay here.

Absolutely amazing week there. Since day one everything was perfect, their staff picked us up from the airport. Solid breakfast, great rooms with lovely views and comfortable beds, and everything was clean and managed daily by the maids. Great location, 2min walk to the beach, but at the same time in a calm alley which is also a 2min walk from the 'main street' where you have everything - restaurants, bars, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, etc. We also rented motorbikes from them for a good price and they were great. One of the best stays I've been in Vietnam.

You can watch sunset from there. *free water refill at the restaurant *fast wifi *rather clean *easy to walk to the Long beach *staff members helped me with everything I needed *I also used their airport pickup service

*swimming pool was not very clean and there's no umbrellas next to it, so no shade when it's hot. *extremely loud guests, they were having parties until late at night and then shouting at the hall and by the lift since 6am. It's more of a family/couple hotel than young party people, yet all the big groups of people were so loud it was a nightmare for me. It was difficult for me to sleep and/or work. *after 8am there were not many things left at buffet breakfast so I had to go earlier to get some fruit

The breakfast was amazing! When I told the staff I'm vegetarian, they prepared a freshly cooked vegan pho for me as well as the vegan version of some traditional Vietnamese dish. Breakfast offers a wonderful variety of Vietnamese breakfast and fresh fruits eg papaya, passion fruit, watermelon, jackfruit, orange slices etc Great location too. Close to shops and the beach is 5 mins away. Close to sunset beach too. The room is spacious with a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. They also offer a chauffeur service for a flat fee of 600,000 VD a day. Great value if you wanna visit various places in a day at your own pace.

You get charged 4% for using a credit card. Transactions are all in cash.....there is an ATM close by though.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, you can use the pool and the gym (very basic equipment). Breakfast is nice (eggs, rice, noodles, salads, pho, fresh fruits, dessert, etc) It takes 3 minutes to get to the beach and 15 minutes to the city centre. The biggest shop is 5 minutes walk You can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price at the hotel or nearby and explore the island

The WiFi was pretty good. I had to work for a couple of days and I was happy with the WiFi speed. Also, 3 minutes away from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, many shops with reasonable prices around. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was a plus.

Considering the price I paid, I can't fault this hotel too much. But it was noisy at times and cleaning could be improved.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, very comfortable bed, the room is spacious with ocean view, close to everything, few steps to the beach. The staff were very polite and helpful, miss Huệ and Tâm were went out of their way to help us in any issue we needed. So thankful to the staff. Picking us up at the airport was also a bonus. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to PQ.

None
