Very expensive and usual meal. The room was not ready at time, onyat 3pm. And all this time they don’t care about how comfortable you feel, our flight was at 7am, and we were not offered even drinks or meal, whatever that could facilitate the waiting even for payment. Even if you paid 750.000 for the buffet, you cannot feel yourself safe, because the discrimination goes on, you cannot have drinks like other guests, and every staff reminds you about this. And when you order the drinks, the waiters bring them and ask you to stop everything and go to the cashier and pay for the drinks. They can’t even wait when you finish the dinner or can’t carry the terminal to you, so you have to pause everything and go to pay.

Food was so good, they are changed everyday. Very good location ( close to everything) free bus and tuk tuk to Grandworld, Vinwonder and Safari and even airport. Staffs are super friendly. Nice rooms, pool and beach.

Pillows smell bad, floor is not so clean when we first came in. Too many people on the bus everytimes we went to Grandworld 😢The hotel should had arranged more buses. Not many options for vegan or vegetarian people ( my husband is a vegan)

This is my first time in Phu Quoc and this hotel… I am staying with my family (me, wife and 3 children). We are so happy to choose this hotel and the reasons are as follows: 1) free transfer is provided (should be informed earlier before arrival); 2) very delicious food (especially for children; Italian pasta is available and my children were very happy; it is important for us because they couldn’t eat anything in my previous trip to Thailand before coming to Phu Cuoc); 3) staff is very kind and ready to help any time (Nguyet, 👋 hello! And buffet restaurant staff Than - If I am not mistaken); Trinh is the best guest relations officer!! Also, millions thanks to receptionist Thinh Quang who helped us a lot with valuable information about hotel and Phu Cuoc overall!!!! 🙏🏻👍✅✔️🫶 4) best location (beach, near to Wonderworld), free shuttle bus is provided… Thank you very much!!! Very 5 star treatment, kids club is awesome and everything you could want or need in a resort. Incredible stay. room service is much cheaper for breakfast than the buffet but no cereals available on room service mostly traditional Vietnamese breakfast.

Breakfast was quite pricey to add on each day for 6 people and no cereals available to purchase on the island, but before you go if you have children.

Staff everywhere is very available, nice and reactive. Rooms are comfortable and clean, services are good. We enjoyed the access of the pool, water park and sea. The environment is beautiful. We really enjoyed Vinoasis.

The only negative thing is the fast food in the area of the waterpark, we have waited for our food for 1 hour and only got a part of our order, the maids ignored us so we have left our table very disappointed and still hungry.

We left the hotel at 5.00am and the hotel provided us breakfast packs, when we opened them in the airport it was impossible to eat the food they put. We paid for the dinner almost 83 USD for me, my spouse and a 5 years old child. The package did not include wine, it was proposed for a separate price. Dinner for small kids could be free or at some other price but not 20 USD.

Pool, buffet breakfast, grounds near the beach, excellent quality free wellness centre (sauna, steam, hot, cold jacuzzi), proximity to Vin Wonders (next door) and the free shuttle to and from the theme park (awesome).

The false advertising indicating unlimited use of the resorts ‘waterpark’. The waterpark has been demolished and is currently a construction zone. The weird music in the halls which is loud and goes till late at night - kinda spooky. Lengthy check in process.

They don't have vegetarian indian food, despite of breakfast is included, yet they don't able to serve good variety of meal.. Only pizza and some spring rolls are there
