We had a mountain view cabin and the view was truly breathtaking, as good as the pictures. Sapa itself is so stunning that the whole experience was worth it just being in the region. The room was gorgeous, nice bathroom - if you have a chance, you should really try the included Hot Pot lunch special at the main hotel (it's some of the best hot pot we've had)

The room was FREEZING which is fine due to the region/time of year but there didn't seem to be any way to heat it up. The beds have heating pads on them which is nice but the room itself got really cold. The biggest thing was the noise...there are a lot of stray dogs that start barking at night, cars going by/honking constantly, it was so hard to sleep. We live in a big city so noise is something we're used to but being in a relatively quiet place where the only noises are super noticeable made it really hard to sleep The other thing is the cabins are quite far from the main hotel/town. It wasn't really an issue for us and they have a great shuttle service. The only time we felt the distance was around dinner time where getting food was harder and the room service is not very good

Beautiful resort which was exactly as I'd hoped to spend our Christmas. It felt really magical as the cabins are really cosy and warm. They let us check in earlier (10am) as we arrived early from the bus station at 6am which we were really grateful for. Easy to get into town with taxis on Grab. We had some noisy neighbours late one night as the cabins host two rooms, and reception quickly resolved this for us. Buggies to get to and from reception were easy to organise and generally quick to arrive. Breakfast for us was included and the buffet was delicious and good variety. Didn't actually use the pool as we didn't have time in the end, but it was definitely warm enough for a dip in December! Would recommend this resort to anyone going to Sapa and wanting a more luxury stay.

Breakfast was very expensive ($14 pp) which was a shame as we arrived early we would've liked to have had breakfast while we waited for the room. I wasn't able to have a bath because the hot water ran out quickly and the bath itself was letting out all the water even with the drain closed. Was a bit of a disappointment as I saw there was bubble bath so I was excited to run myself a bath. And a suggestion is a patio heater would be nice to make the most of the lovely balcony in winter!

Amazing staff. The manager was super friendly and helpful. She did everything so we can enjoy the stay. Location is super amazing. It is the best resort for relaxing. Resort has everything - food, shuttle drive, laundry, housekeeping,... It is like a designated stay for relaxing. We did come to Cat Cat village at the end of June, the weather was amazing - sunny and fresh. The views are stunning. Although the waterfall does not have much water. Highly recommend it if you are planning to go for a relaxing vacation. The views from the room are amazing. You are at 1600m altitude. So you wake up with the surrounding mountains view. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend staying with the resort

When we arrived, there was more rain during our visit than we had predicted - and yet, my family and I still thought this was one of the most beautiful places and warmest resort we’ve been to. To start off with the setting is just stunning. Our villa is simple but luxurious - very comfortable beds, yummy linens and towels etc. The cookhouse and bar are gorgeous, the food is first class, and there are plenty of activities to choose. The other guests (mainly couples and families) were fun and interesting and added to the experience. The staff is super warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The manager was ever present and on top of everything. And the horses! The resort has several horses (all well behaved!). And finally - dinner or lounging at the bar and not being on my phone was such a change that I didn’t realize I needed! I rarely leave a review without suggestions or mentioning what the resort can do better but this place is just so unique and special, I hope it stays just as it is.

Everyone working at the resort is genuinely wonderful, from the reception staff to the waitstaff and guides. The service is impeccable, and their attentive care made us feel very welcome. The nature guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, providing us with valuable insights about the area.There are plenty of adventures to choose from, ranging from hiking to other outdoor activities. The food is amazing! The menu changes daily for lunch and dinner, bringing us freshness and excitement. The dishes are incredibly delicious, combining unique local flavors with modern styles. Every dish we tried was better than the previous one, truly a fantastic culinary experience. My family and I felt incredibly fortunate to experience Sapa Jade Hill. We had a memorable holiday and were extremely satisfied with all the services here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exciting and impressive vacation!

Sapa Jade Hill is more than just a resort; it's an experience. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Sapa mountains, this resort offers a truly serene escape. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning panoramic views of the terraced rice fields and the distant peaks. The accommodations were impeccable, with cozy and stylish rooms that provided all the comforts of home. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony where I could sip my morning coffee and watch the mist roll through the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Really nice cabin and wonderful staff. Great view over the mountain. They bring you to and from the cabin to the hotel in a buggy. The pool area is nice too, and the free ice cream is fun. The city centre is only a short drive away.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on in Sa Pa in general. Also on the side of the hill. The first night we were woken up early by this sound, but the staff was so kind to upgrade us to a better cabin and we didn’t have any issues with the sound anymore.

We had cozy bungalow far from the city, very friendly staff and good breakfast buffet, we had nice room service and spa treatments

Our cabin was quite cold, staff was friendly but did not speak English well, swimming pool and spa area looked good but water was slightly too cold even though it was heated and sauna and jacuzzi were always closed and we had to ask staff to turn it on for us , unfortunately with weather we had mist all the time, cannot imagine how amazing it would be during the summer

Absolutely beautiful location, rustic yet clean house perfect for a romantic getaway. Service was impeccable with prompt and polite and personalised service from all the lovely staff members. One of them even went out of his way to get a birthday cake for us! We also extended our stay at the last minute and they accommodated us by letting us stay in the same upgraded room. Though it is far from the Hotel lobby, the buggy response was quick no matter the hour. The serenity of the location more than makes up for the additional transportation costs to Sapa town!

It was great to be surrounded by nature with a beautiful view of the mountains and rice patties. We appreciated that we felt isolated in our bungalow and that the hotel overall is not too crowded. It felt like a family friendly atmosphere in the public facilities. There were good breakfast choices as well (after a few weeks with just Vietnamese food, I was glad there were a few western options as well). The staff rapidly provided a solution for any question or problem we encountered and spoke good english. The service was great. If you hate bugs, just be aware that you are in nature with your bungalow so naturally you will encounter a few bugs even if the room is spotless clean.

Being isolated comes with a cost because you have to take a taxi from Sapa city to the hotel and then once again order a “buggy” at the reception or via phone to get to your bungalow but that’s the cost for a more private experience. The taxi ride to town was a lot shorter than we expected though, it only took 5-10 minutes, so the location is really not that far away. (Just plan in a bit of time margins for the buggies and taxis if you make plans)
