The place is nice
They need to improve their customer service especially in the restaurant. It is so difficult to get the attention of the staff in the restaurant and they are frowning when you call them.

THE STAFF WAS NICE AND THE PRICE IS QUITE REASONABLE
DINNER PREPARATION WAS NOT GOOD. I COULD ONLY ORDER VIETNAM FOOD AT DINNER. THE LOCATION IS FAR AND IT IS HARD TO FIND A BUST OR SHUTTLE BUS TO THE PLACE.

Only good thing here was a breakfast. And yeah, the F&B manager was kind enough to come and apologize on next day for bad food and services. My stay was 4th Nov to 6th Nov but i shortened it and left FLC on 5th Nov 2023.
Location is good but not maintained properly. I shortened my trip from two days to one day and they didn't refunded me for second night even after they were wrong. 1) Room, dirty and poor quality toilet with water dropping from the ceiling and toilet flush was not working properly. Photo attached. 2) Wardrobe is broken inside, ply came out of the wardrobe, doesn't sounds like a resort but a poor quality one star guest house. 3) Sandwich was served stale quality with a dirty napkin. Returned it and got charged for it. Napkin Photo attached. 4) Hot Chocolate was worst (i paid for it) 5) Billiards cue sticks are without tips so unable to play 6) Ecofarm closed, so no activities. 7) Fish Pond closed, can't visit. 8) Bird farm moved and closed too 9) Golf we requested to play two times, no one responded to help us. 10) Hard mattresses, not easy to sleep. Got backpain after one night stay. How they says FLC is a luxurious resort? It's worst! Do not ever plan to come here. I booked for two nights and left after one night stay so you can understand the quality of their rooms, food and services
