The hotel has a great location with an amazing view from the rooftop bar and infinity pool The room was cozy and the size was amazing even though we didnt used the kitchen. The staff was welcoming, serviceminded and accommodating. They even let us check in earlier and provided us with an extra duvet (cuz who likes to share huh?). The hotel breakfast was great with just the right amount of different dishes and options. Will be coming back to this hotel!

- The bathroom has no ventilation and the decor and lighting feels outdated. Should go for neutral white tiles. - The hotel breakfast didnt have a barista, but they did have staff making your fresh eggs and noodles.

The breakfast buffet has a huge variety, and the cooking station changes the dishes which are very tasty. Tye rooftop bar and pool is amazing and beautiful view.

We have one day the staff did not do clean service so when we got back in the afternoon for a shower there was no towel, we asked for clean service and our bed was done is a rush. There was no face towel and we had to call twice for some towel paper roll Each day we had to see reception as our room key was not working which was annoying third and fourth nights, it was ridiculous.

Breakfast was ok-ish despite many choices. Vietnamese dishes were so so. Nothing special. Often the food was dry We have stayed for 8 nights. They forgot to put the Matras topper for the first 4 nights. I laid in bed thinking the bed was way too hard; the hotel’s majority guests must be Vietnamese who love to sleep on stone-hard mattress. I am not coming back because of this. When topper was there, it was a lot more comfortable but it honestly still hard for my liking

Great breakfast buffet, a choice of pools, lovely room, view over the town, helpful staff, like the downstairs open floor, next to local seafood market and great restaurants nearby on Phan Chu Trinh.

Need more hanging options for towels / wet clothes in bathroom. Cutlery and crockery and washing up liquid in the suite kitchen?

Fusion Two-Bedroom Apartment with Partial Sea View that I booked is absolutely excellent, we have 2 bedrooms with bathroom inside, one living room where put a big couch that fit for 2 adults lying comfortably, kitchen with cooking utensil, big balcony where you have view of both ocean and mountain (small mountain). A large parking nearby where you need only one minute to get. Breakfast is ok with many choices. Its location is very central, near seaside, on Truong Cong Dinh street where is famous with many ca duoi hotpot restaurant.

Walking distance to many local restaurants. Staffs are super friendly and energetic. Room was spacious and swimming pools are available in many floors. The spa is something that you could consider to add on, very nice to have. There was a juice and cake to welcome me since I noted with the hotel that it's nearly my birthday. Staff also helped me to find my lost Airpod that I left in the room but I've already checkout. They were very supportive and successfully found it for me even when I left the hotel. Me and my friends had our best memories to stay in Fusion Suites. I will definitely book again and recommend to my friends and family.

Since the weekend are fully booked with a lot of customers so waiting time for elevator and breakfast a bit long, however it's a common thing that happen for every hotel during peak season so it's acceptable.

Excellent location, great very spacious and comfortable room, super view from the very scenic pool on the roof. Staff very helpful. Massage staff excellent and massage and atmosphere in spa sublime!

Plenty of selection for breakfast but not all food was the quality I expected. Rice Congee one of the most watery I've had, not so good. Bacon and sausages were not kept warm, cold and fairly tasteless ... shame not all food same quality. Hotel was fully booked and when so, you can wait a long time for a lift.

Facitilies and the room felt a bit run-down, the aircon in my room didn’t work well and the room’s hygiene was average. There was still water left in one of the glasses in the room when I first came in.

Roof-top pool is soo cool. Very nice view down to the town, and to the bay. I liked the interior design of the room as well.

Maybe a towel hanger would be nice to have, close to the washbasin.
