It's basic, but has everything I needed and is kept nice and clean. Three minutes walk to Front beach and a few minutes to just about everything else. But it's the people who make a place good and these people are lovely. Lady and gent always smiling and happy to help, a nice lady on reception in the mornings who speaks some English and a young man afternoons and evening who speaks very good English. He is always happy to help with anything, even suggested cancelling a car I had ordered because he didn't think they were very reliable. He booked me a car with a better company for the same price. I'm hoping to go back.

This is a family owned business and they are very nice people. The studio room had a nice soft western style bed, kitchenette, nice furniture. It was clean. It was near the beach.

NO PARKING almost. There is effectively no car parking and very minimal motorbike parking. We own a tiny Kia compact car and it was almost not possible to fit in the tiny space under the building. Bigger car forget it. It's located in the back of a crowded Vietnamese style alley so the only other option is to park out on the street far from the hotel. To make matters worse they don't have security so someone (probably a kid) ran in and keyed my car at some time while it was parked under there. If you own a car or motorbike and you are looking for a place to drive to, this is not the right hotel for you. If you come via grab or bus or taxi it will be fine.

This was my 5th visit to the lovely little Lotus Apartment Hotel. I was delighted that it continues to provide good value for well appointed rooms and facilities. The owner, receptions staff and room servicing staff were friendly, helpful and contributed to making my stay just perfect.

The tiny sachets of shower soap and shampoo were insufficient and difficult to open.

The location is best if you want to discover the Front Beach, just 5 mins walk to the beach. Good restaurants are around, and very convenient for families with children. Sure that I will recommend this place to my friends.

Some guests smoke inside the building. The hotel should have a designed place for smoking.

-great location, a few minutes walk from Front Beach and park, easy to get grab anywhere else -hotel and rooms are sparkling clean and well equipped, lots of natural light -most of all the staff were amazing, all of them were so friendly and helpful but especially Mr Liam who helped with activity/restaurant recommendations, arranging transport, etc.

I love staying in this hotel. It's my favourite place in Vung tau. Always nice to see the lovely owner and nothing is a problem. Fantastic location with great facilities

The hotel was exactly as described. The location was perfect for what we hope to do and see while visiting. Everything was within walking distance with transportation easily available to anywhere else you may like to go. Breakfast wasn't included but the staff had several excellent local recommendations for all meals...and all were very good! Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've stayed with and they always seemed happy to assist. They even helped with booking transportation back out of the city. The transportation they recommended and helped us book was perfect and very reasonable. Really hope to stay with them again on next visit to Vung Tau.

I really liked the location. It was down a quiet lane and near a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely go back.
