This is a very lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and functional, everything worked. Wi-Fi works fine. The rooftop pool has views of the south east part of the city.  The hotel has a Latin American feel which is a little unique in Vietnam. The tiling is very nice in the room and halls, lobby etc. It's smaller than other places so quite ideal for privacy and peace. But near the beach if you like to socialize. The location is good, away from the noisy streets in city centre. But still only 5 minutes walk from shops. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning works fine. VT is a very beautiful city and the staff helped me to find some good places. I stayed 1 night here but it's so nice I asked to stay another 2. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Great stuff

I didn't have any problems

Nice and bright room with a cute tiny balcony, bonus a small window and clean restroom. There were enough basic supplies needed in the room. I would recommend this hotel especially for couples lol (quite romantic actually). Beautiful decorations, following Mediterranean style which is really cool. Lovely small swimming pool on the rooftop with city view.

Bedsheet and blanket, even towels were not so clean - I meant they were all washed but there are orange stains (may be due to the grease left by previous guests, but cannot be completely removed) and it made me and my friend feel a bit uncomfortable. The Receptionist was not really professional - when we arrived with a bike, she did not really go out and guide us to the parking ... not a good first impression. And they did not really helpful (i guest) cause i did not see they help other clients with some kind of heavy luggages. No soap in the restroom for washing hands.

A clean, very beautiful place with super big room size, romantic bathtub and a comfortable bed. Everything looked perfect and spotless, the visual side reminded us of Santorini island in Greece, Europe, and combined with Vung Tau's warm climate it was giving out an attractive vibe :) Staff was extremely friendly, always ready to help with our requests, parking of our motorbike was included at no extra charge, and I must mention that we even got a small discount on our original room price right on the spot after we arrived! The room overlooked green area +two small lakes, offered all amenities we needed and even had a swimming pool on the rooftop. This was the best choice to stay in the whole Vung Tau city. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The AC in our room didn't work (just worked like a normal fan) and they transfered us to another hotel with a vip room since every other room was booked. The next day they called us to go back and upgraded us to a suite room for free. Staff always smiled. We loved the building architecture. Hot shower, strong flows. The pool is big enough for 2 3 people.

Room isn't soundproof which is okay.

The hotel is pretty new one, although there were some dirty walls at my room. The mattress is comfortable, so good rest is assured. Small, but lovely swimming pool on the rooftop is welcoming you to cool down or take a sunbath while swimming. Authentic decorations of the both: interior and exterior of the hotel. I would love to stay there again at the same reasonable rate I’ve paid.

There is one more building is under construction at the moment, so be ready for the loud noise from 6:30 am until sunset.

I like that it is very accessible to the beach and to the shops. The place was really nice and comfortable. The location is good and the staff are really helpful. I like the spacious bathroom.

I can hear the noise from the builders outside. And if you are out of your room you can also hear the noise of the other rooms.

We got the room with the bath and balcony, and it was well worth it! Cute view too. Really good value for money, feels luxe. WiFi was good for remote working, hot water available, cold aircond and comfortable bed

Nice services, checkin early support promptly

- Next to the AC engines, it makes the room wall too hot to lean on. - No prepared food and beverages in the room or the fridge in the room - swimming pool is too small, like a sauna tub

All the staff super friendly and helpful,, reception gave a very warm welcome.. Could not do enough to make you feel comfortable.. Would recommend and stay again myself...
