Being a boutique hotel with not many staff, breakfast was pre-ordered. I liked that you could choose the sets that you wanted and in fact I enjoyed it much better compared to my hotel stay in HCM where I hardly had a bite of the breakfast. You could have your breakfast by the pool, the little dining room or up in your room at no extra charge. The portions were large and satisfying. While the hotel didn't have a pub or bar, the daily massage at the spa was an added bonus which came with a package of 2 per room per day. The masseuse were gentle and had such lovely soft hands that 50 mins wasn't sufficient. The free toot toot service to any location less than 15 mins was an added bonus burt would have been better if it was able to take us to all those attractions recommended in the hotel voucher. We managed to visit Christ The Redeemer attraction and also the seafood market where we bought and brought back to the hotel to cook and have a seafood night. The studio suite occupied by my friends had cooking facilities and the hotel staff provided us additional cooking pans and pots and ingredients that we were short of.

There were lots of mosquitoes though I didn't get bitten much. In general, it's common in Vung Tau and is not limited to the hotel. Shopping facilities were limited in this part of the hotel. However, the hotel provided a free taxi service as long as the location did not exceed 15 mins radius.

Comfortable beds and pillows that I can't ask for more. I and my partner enjoyed our stay there as their hospitality (especially the housekeeper and cooking lady who is always attentive to our requests). Their thoughtful receptionists were a plus point as well. They offer us 2 apples as welcoming fruits in our room which was nice.

Soundproofing was an issue as my partner and I were waken up at 2am or so by our next guests who kept laughing so loud. However, I did raised my concerns about the noise and immediately addressed by the reception. I think the hotel should remind their guests more strongly about not disturbing other guests as we all stay in a same place.

This hotel has a great location between front beach and back beach and is handy for bars and restaurants. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and light. Both rooms had a well appointed bathroom with a shower that worked well. The beds were firm but moulded pretty well to one's body shape. (7.8 for the beds). Breakfast was served in our room at a time of our choosing before 10am and there were 6 choices making it possible to vary it each day. Reception was run by highly professional, English speaking staff. There was a fantastic massage spa on site which, with their 50% vouchers was very affordable. The swimming pool area is small but pleasant and as a guest, one is entitled to use the somewhat larger pool in their sister hotel just up the mountainside. This hotel also hosts a small gym in which everything is working. All in all we had a really enjoyable week at the Wind Mountainside and I would recommend it to anyone.

The pool at the Wind Hotel is small and they allow people to smoke next to it which rather negates the benefits of swimming! Although the pool at the sister hotel is larger, it is very shallow making it hard to swim in. Ask the staff to spray the gym for mosquitoes before use: my son was bitten a number of times.

The receptionists were so lovely and friendly! When my room didn’t match the one I had booked, she kindly showed me around the other rooms. I was extremely happy with the new room. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were wonderful. The free shuttle service was awesome and I used it to see a lot of the sights in Vung Tau. A lovely little retreat in a cool little city.

I booked this 2 night stay especially for the spa treatments/massages that were included. The first massage I had was wonderful. On the second day, I could tell the massage therapist was preoccupied because she was only using one hand at a time. I turned around to see what she was doing and she had her mobile phone between her legs and was using it. I requested another therapist and was rebooked for the next day. different woman, SAME problem. She also was using her phone while trying to do the massage. Extremely unprofessional from a resort which markets itself for the spa facilities. I have never encountered this ever before and was extremely surprised. If you are having a massage I recommend telling the therapist before you start not to have her phone out.

Staff was very, very charming and tried everything to satisfy the guests. The rooms are modern and looking nice. I'd stay there again. There is a possibility to rent motorbikes directly at the reception.

The pool area is nice but a bit small. Anyway, you can guess that from the pictures in advance, so you know what you book and get.

I liked everything! The location is nice along a relatively quiet street and away from Back Beach noise. There are many restaurants on the street and easy to find food. Personnel is so nice and attentive, thank you for the young receptionist lady for many great conversations. The suite was beautiful and spacious, even has a kitchen. It was nice to have breakfast in the room. You can choose to have brekkie by the pool, in the lobby area or in your room. They even made sure to offer us glutenfree breakfast. Pool is quite small but in a nice area with sauna and steamroom which you can turn on yourself. Shower / toilet have been built against a huge rock, which makes the area quite unique. The spa upstairs is great, the massage therapists are very good, and one spa treatment is included in the room price. With the free shuttle bus you can go anywhere in the town. Motorbike can be parked in the parking hall. Whoever built the Wind hotels concept knows a lot about excellent customer service and customer retention. We definitely want to go back and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was a slight pity that rooftop area was not open.

the service was excellent, all of the staff was so nice and enthusiastic. I like that breakfast is served at your room. While the selection of food is not various, the quality was delicious. I enjoyed the free spa offer, which was so relaxing. The hotel was nicely facilitated, and the staff was so well trained, I could not find any one who was unprofessional or had bad attitude, all of the employees whom I met at this hotel were so helpful and kind.

the bath towels looked a little bit dirty, but the staff would definitely give you new ones if you ask.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our studio suite was lovely except it did not have a kitchen as advertised. Facials and massages were available. There was a nice pool. The breakfast was very good. It was very quiet at the hotel without traffic noise. They also had a shuttle that took us to the ferry. We were able to rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. That was very convenient for us.

The staff is very friendly. The included breakfast, spa, and courtesy shuttle make this hotel stand out. The breakfast options are all really tasty, especially the Vietnamese beef steak. The pool area and spa are very relaxing. The people working in the spa are very skilled and nice. I was surprised by how convenient the courtesy shuttle was. You can just drop by the front desk or give them a call and the shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go in the city. The hotel even called me before my arrival and let me know that I could call them for a free shuttle ride to the hotel from the ferry port. There are also a lot of nearby restaurants and bars.

If anything, the street can get a little bit noisy, but it's nothing compared to Saigon. If you want a quieter time, check out the Wind Resort that's just up the hill.

There was a spa treatment included in the stay which was a great massage. We hired a motor bike from the hotel for a good price. There is also a shuttle service provided by hotel and they give you a small mobile phone to have throughout your stay to contact them.
