It's a modern hotel with a luggage shelf, good air conditioning, great balcony rooms, high quality bed sheets with a high thread count and very comfortable beds without a foot board. Electric outlets on both sides of the bed and an ergonomic chair and one plush chair. It's designed very well.

Staff are kind and smart but it often takes approval from management for simple things like the price of a late checkout. Also the fitness room has no useful equipment and the pool and fitness room close at 6pm which is completely unacceptable.

A lovely big room and bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. A short walk from Front Beach, some attractions, and cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was very clean and modern. Quite a few English language channels on the tv, a nice addition after a month or so with no tv (good to catch up on some news). Wi-fi was stable and fast, but is an unsecured network- just something to be aware of. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and had a lovely view.

Breakfast didn’t suit us. I’m sure many travellers would find it adequate, but there seemed to be a very limited selection of Western options (no eggs?), pastries were a bit stale, and very limited fruit. Coffee was brewed to within an inch of its life. Not a huge issue as there were a couple of breakfast cafes within walking distance, but something the hotel may wish to address in the future.

Very nice hotel, great location near shops, restaurants and front beach. Quiet hotel at night for rest and relaxation, lovely swimming pool on the 3rd Floor, rarely busy. English tv channels and YouTube on tv. Hue, the housekeeping manager and all her staff are excellent, rooms cleaned and prepared perfectly every day. All staff are good and speak English, buffet breakfast is good. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Petro House Hotel Block A

I would like to see Netflix included on the app selection for the room tv's in Block A

I have been here many times. A good hotel for business stopover. The aircon is cold, the shower is warm, the room sufficiently spacious. There is a good table to sit and work for those who needs to spend a few hours in the room on the laptop. Located near the beach and central part of the town. Walking distance to many of the offices. The receptionist are always helpful. The welcome tea was just spot on for people who arrived in a dazzle straight from Saigon Airport.

Nothing much to complain about. Even the breakfast servings has improved.

I didn't like two thing 1. Breakfast was served from 6.30 to 9.30 but when you come closer to 8.30 for a breakfast, a lot of options were already out and they did not refill it! I asked for cereals (for my kid) and was told "we don't have it anymore) Of course they had it but just didn't refill it! 2. The water in a swimming pool was quiet cold! which really surprised me!

Everything, location, pool, excellent professional staff. Quietness at night, breakfast, room service. Friendly staff who speak English, modern rooms. Well decorated, cleanliness. Highly recommended. Pool area is never crowded except possibly during Tet holiday period. Pool attendant keeps it very clean and is very helpful.

I'd like to see the jacuzzi and steam room in operation again.

Great location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Nice clean, well maintained, modern room with a lovely bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Next time I'll try the gym which looked well equipped.

I tried to order room service at approx 2030 hrs but was told the kitchen was closed. Not a major problem and it was low season, so it's understandable. Bed was a little hard but that's just me 'cos I like a super soft bed.

Excellent value for money including breakfast. Staff were delightful & always wanting help with opening door, carrying cases etc. Very useful having bank with ATM next door. No extra charges for foreign currency withdrawal

Really very minor issue but it would've been helpful to have more sunbeds or chairs by pool

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

For 4 days, the two small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were always so low, like almost empty. We were hoping that they would refill them the next day, and maybe they did but just barely. There was nothing in the restroom to hang our clean clothes to change after getting shower.
