It's a modern hotel with a luggage shelf, good air conditioning, great balcony rooms, high quality bed sheets with a high thread count and very comfortable beds without a foot board. Electric outlets on both sides of the bed and an ergonomic chair and one plush chair. It's designed very well.

Staff are kind and smart but it often takes approval from management for simple things like the price of a late checkout. Also the fitness room has no useful equipment and the pool and fitness room close at 6pm which is completely unacceptable.

Great location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Nice clean, well maintained, modern room with a lovely bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Next time I'll try the gym which looked well equipped.

I tried to order room service at approx 2030 hrs but was told the kitchen was closed. Not a major problem and it was low season, so it's understandable. Bed was a little hard but that's just me 'cos I like a super soft bed.

The room layout was well thought out. There was ample space to place the luggage. The wardrobe is of good size and come with sufficient hangers. There are sufficient plug points for laptops and charger. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and it was good size for moving around. The bathroom floor was not too slippery. The bed was placed in such a manner that it doesn't face the mirror. There was indeed a fridge and safe deposit for guest private use. The aircon was cool. The hotel location is right smack in the centre of the town but without being too busy. The reception was prompt and the porter was eager to assist. There was complimentary free sugarcane tea for guest.

While there is window, the room is technically an inner room with no access to external view outside the hotel. The sunlight was limited to rays from the rooftop. Everything was perfect until about 3 hours before my check0-out time, the room key card doesn't work with the electrical powering in the room. Despite changing to a new card, the power remains to trip. The hotel needs to fix this. Otherwise, it's an almost perfect stay.

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

For 4 days, the two small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were always so low, like almost empty. We were hoping that they would refill them the next day, and maybe they did but just barely. There was nothing in the restroom to hang our clean clothes to change after getting shower.

Very new western style hotel for a Vietnamese price during November 2024. Extraordinary service, perfectly clean and well situated between shopping, restaurants and the waterfront.

The coffee served at breakfast was the only negative I could find at the whole property.

My husband managed to lock himself out on the roof by using the stairs. I believe for security reasons such doors must be closed,especially as there are so many families with children in the hotel.Some of the facilities mentioned on the website are not available yet.

Stay was just perfect. We booked just one night in start, but decided to stay longer. Everything was just as it should be. We are very satisfied and we can recommend it for all. Staff, room, bed, pool, location, breakfast and especially coffee🔝

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff also kindfull. I was satisfied with the underground parking lot. i will try have meal next time.

The door lock in room no. 612 was broken and showed signs of repair, but it was not completely repaired. Please check.

everything is clean. goôd location, just less than 10 minutes walk to the front beach, a lot of good restaurants near by. the staff is friendly, very helpful and always keep their big smiles on their faces.
