I needed a peaceful home after ten busy days. I got more than peace. The first thing that stuck out was was customer experience offered by Mercy and then later by Petronilla. They exceeded my expectations and that just made my week one of the most comfortable stays for the year. facilities were amazing. I will be back.

Wifi was unstable. The food quality at dinner was not the best compared with the most beautiful breakfast and lunch. I loved the daily cleaning (thanks Maria). But wish they reduced the amount of daily linen change and save the environment more 😊

- very spacious bedroom with sitting room - quiet surroundings and sympathetic layout of the property - fair rates - several facilities for activities and sports (if they work....) - Good breakfast and room service

- Maintenance manager needs to step up: sauna and steambath defect, quality swimming pool water under standard, shower and bath installation almost defect, low water pressure.

the breakfast was superb , its on point , the staff is very good and would recommend my friends , the pub is nice, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, great place to stay

swimming pool being open to the public , and the towels need a good clean they are suppose to be white ,

the property was very clean and safe. the breakfast feature was fantastic as well.

the air conditioning in our room did not work-they offered another room but that one had not been fully renovated yet so we stayed put.

Beautiful property, landscaping like an oasis. The staff were efficient, responsive friendly and good hearted. They were able to connect me with travel services in the area. Food and drinks were excellent and affordable. They had a kitchen and refrigerator for guests to use if desired and it was clean

They upgraded us to an apartment as we were a group of friends, for the same cost. Beds really comfortable.

No hot water in one of the showers and lack of coffee, sugar etc.

Pool is open to public so on weekends the place is jammed pack. First we were faced with a kitchen that needed fixing and hot water in one of our rooms not working. However the staff quickly set to make things right.

Spacious, clean rooms and the gym, pool, restaurant were lovely. The staff are friendly and very willing to help.

The staff was great and the food was equal to the price which is good

Room 121 not sure if the laundry or a store room is just behind, they was some noise coming out from 23 to upto about 01:00 and this is where the position of the head board faces this was not good.

Facilities were excellent! We loved our room with extras like Jacuzzi, which we chose not to use. The king room was spacious- we had 8 pieces of luggage- there was sufficient room. We appreciated the golf cart moving our luggage from the reception area to the King! When we were ready for the airport move, the golf cart was used to get the bags to the Shuttle. We enjoyed the meals.

Breakfast and rooms were very nice. The location was excellent and the general atmosphere was quiet and calming

I was disappointed that they did not offer slippers and the air-condition was only blowing cold.
