Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious.

Security to get into the compound where the hotel is located is a bit tedious, as you need to show the boot of the car and your passport each time you leave or get into the compound / hotel

the place is beautiful. service is great. the golf course is top notch.

the tennis court was supposedly first come first serve but when we started to play, other people kicked us out because they were ‘club members’ and had priority.

Reservation, I have tried to make a small change and I couldn’t because my rate did not allowed me to do so. I mean, they stay strict to the rules.

The staff, Sabrina and Matias were amazing, they planned all our activities and recommended and reserved for us the best restaurants in San Martin de Los Andes.

The location. It's half an hour going and half an hour coming back every time you want to go to the downtown and come back. Cleaning the room is every three days. Being a 5 stars hotel, it should be every day.

The views are beautiful from everywhere and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and organized activities for us. The spa offers a great water circuit not to be missed!
