The size of the bedroom, the friendly staff, the breakfast

The room was old, mold and crack on the walls/ceiling, the carpet was very old and dirty. The pool was embarrassingly small. The property has so much space they could use to make a nicer pool space, instead it's wasted with tennis courts. The pool is more like a jacuzzi. Also hated the fact that you have to pay for parking even if you park your car yourself.

Breakfaast is good, but not excelent. Location is good. Rooms are quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and professional.

The air condicioned in restaurant does not work and it is a big problem in the summer. The swimm pool is small and not compatible with the size of the hotel.

Comfy room, great and safe location, free wi fi all for a great price.

The hotel restaurant. The food is expensive and not good. Also the breakfast. The coffee taste like tea, too weak. There are a lot of options, but none are really good. The bread is ok, the cookies ok, the eggs are not tasty,... Even being included, I did not feel like having breakfast in the hotel.

Everything was good, as we could expect by the price of the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful, as far as possible due to the hotel's capacity.

At dinner, it takes a long time to serve the orders and apparently with few guests waiting for food at that time, they could have prepared the food faster

The hotel restaurant food ..when you order to the bedroom,is not like at the website shows,it's good!!..but not beautiful and excellent as it looks like online..and the pool is very poor for the hotel,small pool and small pool area..

Beautiful design,lots of gardens,spacious room. Right at the lake. Friendly personnel.

It is isolated from.the rest of the city. Car is needed to go everywhere.
