I want to thank Jessica for her wonderful attitude and willingness to help us get the room we previously booked on the last trip. She was also gracious in calling someone to reset the battery on our door. He came late after hours and had a very nice attitude while helping us. Breakfast was great and the area is kept clean and stocked. I will keep coming back to this location when in town.

Everything was clean, staff super friendly when I called about tv and phone not working. Got it all working quickly; even put in a new phone.

TV remote not working; could not find 'eye' for remote to click on. Tried to call front desk but phone was not plugged in. Plugged it in, still not working. called on cell phone.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was pretty quiet. And we loved the size of the room for the price.

We didn't like that the floor we were on (3rd) smelled like a huge skunk. And when we checked into our room, it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned before we got there. The beds were made, but there weren't any trash bags in the cans, and there was little bits of trash all over the floor.

We loved the person Lajila she was so kind and very accomadating. She apologized for the hot water heater and gave us a discount and we expressed our complaints and she assured they would be taken care of. She was a joy to be around they are lucky to have her as an employee. The room was very goid bed very comfortable and loved TV had lots of channels.

When we checked in the lobby TV was so loud I could hear the person checking us in. When we wanted to take shower the hot water heater must of been out called front desk she said it'll have to wait till morning. Our channel changer needed new batteries called and we had to run down and get them.

TV wasn't working or the remote control

Make sure their is better lighting and thrash can has bag linens.

We traveled from all over for my Grandmother's funeral. Our family filled the hotel. I am sure we was noisey, but we were able to stand outside and enjoy each others company without a problem.Thanks I enjoyed my stay.

I loved everything except the dirty flim around the floor of the shower.

We've stayed here once before, I love that the suites have 2 queen sized beds AND a pull-out couch bed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We booked our stay through booking.com but when we arrived we were advised that, due to a technical difficulty, the room we booked had already been booked. However, the staff had blocked a room off for us in case we still wanted to stay, which helped us avoid having to frantically call around for a room last min. We needed room for 6 and the room we got typically only sleeps 4 but the staff made sure we were very well taken care of and were very apologetic for the error. The hotel was clean and town was easy to navigate.

Too many kids it was graduation night hotel packed Sat outside 30min to get thru. Traffic jam, ppl parking in handicapp parking arguing with me Ppl Being rude bumping my grandkids there Mother loud noise.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Helpful and friendly.

When we arrived there was trash in room from previous guest.
