The staff was great especially Carmen at the front desk! The breakfast every morning was good and they never ran out of anything. The beds are comfortable! And the pillows are nice

The shower in our room could use some attention. And to fault of the hotel, the cars that congregate at the gas station next store on Sundays and Thursdays that rev their engines is bothersome and loud, but again Carmen at the front desk brought it to the attention of the Pharr police who nipped it in the bud pretty quickly.

my only complaint was that a bunch of idiot punks were parked in the lot next door blaring noise with deep bass that was shaking the windows and making it impossible for us to watch tv or sleep. I went downstairs and asked the lady behind the counter if it was always like that. She assured me that it wasn’t and called the police. The noise stopped shortly after that. We really appreciate her quick attention to this matter.

The staff Andrew( Maintenance guy ) was exceptional , he help with any questions specially with the TV.

I had such a hard time with TV remote control . I called Andrew who came 2X, he told me the internet on my side wasn't working properly. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM FOR THE NEXT GUEST 👍👍👍

The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite, super relaxing! The hotel is located in front of stripes convenience store which was good for buying snacks and food.

The hotel was a bit humid and hot. The jacuzzi outside was not working.

Enjoyed the price and pool/hot tub area as well as the breakfast they provided. I also liked the location and how quiet the hotel is. Would stay here again.

The TV was very out of date and most of the channels didn't work. The only thing I would say would help this hotel would be upgrading the TV's to smart to TV's to allow customers to connect their phones.

The location was great. Close to the main highway and back streets to get away from traffic jams from the highway connection. The room was clean and really great tv. Decent amount of pillows and the beds were comfortable.

Shower was very small and sink and towels was outside the restroom. AC didn't seem strong during the day. Desk agents at check in and check out showed no friendliness or upbeat spirit.

The staff was helpful and provided us extra towels every time we needed them. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice. Easy access to the interstate, good parking near the front door.

When we arrived, the linens for the sofa bed weren't in the room. We had specifically requested a room with a sofa bed so one of the kids could sleep there. We had to get them from the front desk. A switchplate was also missing from an outlet near the sofa bed. The maintenance man replaced it the next morning.

Comfortable and friendly staff . The Stripes convenience store next door was very convenient for our hot breakfast, beverages and to gas up . We would stay here on a return visit to the city .

Seems like the AC unit wasn't very cold and room felt a slight dampness in the air . I set temp on 69 cool low setting but couldn't tell the difference . Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to walls, doors, headboards (wipe down) baseboards. The parking lot gets full especially for our handicap section not many assigned.

I had requested a room adaptable to handicapped needs and I didn’t get one.

The housekeeping was lax-our room did not get cleaned. Only the trash was picked up.
