Hotel was charming, very quiet. Very relaxing. Just what we needed to get away for a weekend. Staff very friendly and efficient. Loved the cookie and check in.

Wish restaurant was fully open, more variety on menu and breakfast. Would like more handicap access walking thru lobby to bar and restaurant. Parking very challenging for handicap. Hotel needs a little touch up work an wear and tear items.

I will be staying here again as we are looking to relocate to the area and build a house. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you in any way they can. We ate dinner 2 times in the bar and had drinks there every night before going out. The bar staff was amazing and hospitable. They really went out of their way to be friendly and tell us all about the area.

They decor is nice but is outdated and needs a facelift. However, everything was in good shape except when we went to use the hot tub in the pool area it was tepid water. Maintenance couldn't even fix it.

This is the second time I have chosen this hotel and I would choose it again! The staff and management go out of their way to accommodate your every need.

Not one thing! It was perfect! We ended up staying 2 extra day's we loved it there so much!

There was no breakfast, but in COVID times I didn't expect one. I loved the location near places I wanted to visit. The bed was comfy. The living room TV was huge and worked great. I loved having a desk at the right height. I loved the atrium/lobby.

The bar sink was too tiny to wash things and there was no dish soap. There was only 1 coffee cup and it was paper. There was a foreign hair in my bathroom. The bedroom TV did not appear to work correctly but I could get some channels. The hospital across the parking lot made a lot of loud noises with their machinery. I did not go in the pool because it did not look clean (water was foamy).

The location was good and the look of the hotel was nice. The Starbucks inside the hotel was a plus. The room as smaller than expected but had everything we needed.

There was only one elevator for the whole hotel and it was super slow. The pool looked like it needed a new coat of paint. The sofa bed was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable.

Staff was very nice. The room was way bigger then we thought it was going to be.wish we could have stayed longer but it was a really great room.

We enjoy visiting this place as it’s probably one of the most beautiful places in McAllen. It’s right next to many shopping areas and eateries. It’s a great place to relax in if there aren’t functions downstairs.

Downstairs functions sometimes spill into the rooms and the rooms will become party hosting headquarters with multiple people. Making it a little loud and a late night to stay up event.

The room is very big, has good lighting, the coffee is very good. The breakfast is the best I have ever had. The ge te is very friendly.

I didn't like the bed, it's not very comfortable. I didn't like that I didn't have Tina in the bathroom. And the bathroom is very small.

Always great staff and comfort.

This place is super amazing. The cookies and bottled waters when you check in also make you feel like they care about you. It’s an amazing experience every time.

The front desk staff could use a little holiday cheer. Weekends, I think the rooms are used for partying. It can get really loud on your ceiling. So watch those weekends.
