The breakfast was quaint and good. We liked the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very sizeable, and the water pressure was good.

We didn't like there was charge for a small pet and the room smelled like urine. We can understand that we were placed in a pet-friendly room but there should be maybe better cleaning of these rooms or hopefully people who have pets and do not take care of the rooms as they should are actually charged versus those of us who keep our pets kenneled. The room smelled like urine and very swampy.

breakfast not very good. got there at 7:45, drank a cup of coffee, it was ok. went to eat some breakfast, no orange (machine despenced just water) 1 spoon of eggs COLD the thing wasn’t even plugged in, 1 sausage pattie COLD not even plugged in. only like 4 pieces of bread left. went to the desk to ask for help, replenish no one there. ate cold breakfast but the toast was hot. went to get another cup of coffee, me squirt from pump pot. went back to desk, no one there rang bell no one answered or came.

Breakfast was almost all gone and what was left was cold.

Lady working check-in was incompetent, rude, and very slow. Check-in took forever and had to do it twice because my card was denied. Not due to the card, but the errors of the lady behind the counter. Breakfast consisted of 1 scoop of cold eggs (that’s all that was left)and cold sausage. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the room either.

Was expecting a little more then what I saw, an also one of the guest room had a very bad Oder did not like that at all.

The Rooms needs to be double checked before u book them, the rooms did not get cleaned,no clean towels was put in at all doing our stay

Did not have the breakfast but the hotel was very nice and the room very clean. The location was close to quite a few places to eat and do a bit of shopping for necessities.

Everything was good.

Eveything was great I just didn't like the location it was a safe area no riffraff hanging around just didn't like being behind a hamburger joint and next to a neighborhood nothing to look at when looking out the window

Always amazing and super respectful. This is my go to hotel anytime I'm home. I've have yet to run into any issues.

The breakfast was average. I was disappointed in the selection of items available.

There could have been boiled eggs and sausage.

Great appearance all over. Clean, well-kept room. Comfortable bed. Great climate control in room.

No coffee maker in room. No tea bags available for hot tea. Very minimal breakfast. Coffee only available from 6-9 A.M.

The one on site staff was not empowered to resolve by replacing a missing hair dryer it took 30 minutes before house keeping showed up
