The king rooms were very nice.

The queen room was small with only 1 bed. There was a large ant bed in the windowsill in the 2nd building on the 3rd floor. I had requested 4 twin Queen rooms and 1 King room. Instead, we ended up with 4 Kings and 1 single Queen which made for a logistical nightmare for sleeping as we were traveling with a large mixed group who needed separate beds.

Clean, and great breakfast.

They were trying to charge us again, and for a higher price for the room eventhough the payment was already made through Booking.com. Booking.com does not have customer support available to help. They sent me an email stating that they will respond in the next 24 hours. It took is 30+ plus minutes to check in, so they would not charge me again.

The property was lovely!!! Very nice quality for the money!! The rooms where very spacious, comfortable, and clean!!

The breakfast could have had a few more options. I went down about 9:15, and everything had been picked over. The sausage was not of good quality.

spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighbors. Oh, and a very workable kitchen set up with a full size fridge.

I didn't eat the breakfast regularly.

The main issue for me was the plumbing is poor. I had to have the staff come plunge the toilet regularly. It would just fill up to almost overflowing for no reason.

I always enjoy breakfast when I visit Staybridge. Everything is always fresh & delicious.

I liked the low noise level between rooms. It was so nice not to have to hear others while we relaxed in our room.

The price I was quoted online when I booked the room was not the final bill we paid. It was approximately $7.00 higher than the online confirmation price. We did not question the difference, just paid it. However, it did make me wonder if this was a way to gain more money without the booking.com agency knowing.
