The lady who greeted us was awesome smiling bubbly. Then there was a gentleman there with her he overheard her asking us what do we plan to do while there and he recommended places to shop 😉. I LOVED loved the beds and pillows were soo comfortable😊. Our stay was July 24th-29th 2023.

We did not like the slow elevator. The lady who did breakfast we could hear her coughing in the back over who knows what😖. Then one morning ppl were still there and she started turning everything off and locking up everything while we sat and was still eating. I mean it wasn't the fact that it was 9am and she had to shut down but without the attitude would have been fine. One guy got her to turn the juice machine back on at least to get him a cup.

I need handicapped room, as I am in wheelchair. Carpet was older, but very clean. It was a little difficult to get around on carpet. Room itself was very clean and confortable. We didn't stay for breakfast. Room was nice - had micro and coffee and fridge. Bathroom was fabulous - large tub with seat for handicapped access. Lots of room to get around in wheelchair. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable and had very soft sheets. Will use this hotel any time we go to the area.

The staff here were wonderful. From the front desk people to the cleaning lady, to the woman who prepares the breakfast, everyone was pleasant and friendly. I did not like the way the parking lot is set up behind the building behind a solid wall as it did not feel safe walking back to the front door. However once inside I did feel safe and enjoyed my stay.

The way the parking lot is enclosed behind a solid wall so there is limited view if anything were to happen.

STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL N FRIENDLY FROM THE MOMENT I PULLED UNTO THE HOTEL AT 1:30 AM FRIDAY NIGHT TIL I LEFT ON SUNDAY, I WILL DEFINATELY BE COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER MINI GETAWAY

THE TV CHANNEL LINE UP COULD OF BEEN BETTER, NOT TO MANY GOOD TV STATIONS WERE AVAILABLE BUT I GUESS THATS WHAT STREAMING IS FOR!!!

it was easy access from our condo, as our AC broke and needed a place to stay for the night. price was fair and included parking and breakfast. staff were very friendly and helpful.

the common areas could have been cleaner. the rooms were clean and nice. the bathroom was okay, bathtub had no plug, the handle kept falling off and the dryer was broken.

This property is an excellent location with nearby beaches and places to eat. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful and very informative.

Don't put your key by any credit cards or phone. Ours had to be reset 3 times. Also I did feel it was a little expensive almost $400 for 2 nights. And no clocks in room.

Everything was fine accept the fact that when i booked the reservation and went to check in, they said I didn't have one booked! It was very inconvenient and embarrassing. Thankfully the lady at the desk had a room available and we were able to stay.

The staff! From the Guest Service Representatives to the Food Representative (Ms. Debbie, I believe), everyone involved in our stay were most cordial and did what they could to make us feel welcome and appreciated for choosing their hotel. I also like the fresh and festive color scheme of the hotel which is why I chose it. I tip my hat to such a well thought out design. The bedroom furniture was a nice quality also. Although I ALWAYS clean myself and use our own towels and sheets I could tell that housekeeping actually cleaned our room and provided new towels, wash cloths etc... prior to our arrival. We were well please! That's "my" story and I'm sticking to it!

Our room and bathroom were clean and that matters most so I have no complaints.
