Quality Inn Gillette

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 3 years. Sometimes, I am traveling alone. This hotel feels safe. The desk staff are wonderfully friendly. The location is conveniently located by the interstate highway. The room is comfortable but it is not luxurious. The price that I pay is a good price that fits my budget.

The bathroom needs some of the caulk to be replaced but otherwise everything was good.

Excellent staff. (NO ELEVATOR) but not a deal breaker. They have access to rooms without the need for an elevator. I hated the AC. OUR ROOM WAS very HOt. The ac would not run in high so the fan could circulate air, snd then like on the AC WHEN NEEDED. I had to do this manually all night. Is was so uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep. Why not let the ac run as a fan and the AC kick in when needed. Overall clean. The ice machine was broke. Breakfast was very lacking but for the price it was absolutely acceptable

shower head came loose from the gooseneck pipe from the wall. started to spray over the shower curtain. had to hand tighten it to keep it from spraying someone needs to tighten it with a wrench and one of the lamps next to the bed didn’t work. I think the switch was broken.

Staff were friendly was the only bonus to this hotel.

Location was terrible. Felt like you were in the ghetto. We won't stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the bagged breakfast was good.

There was not a clerk on duty when we arrived. There was a sign that said push the call button but the thing to push was so small that you had to use a pen tip to push it and its location was not that obvious. I asked the young lady where the best place to park for the closest entrance to our room since I am mobility impaired. She said right in front in the handicapped parking. It turned out that after walking almost the full length of the hall, we were two rooms from the end entrance.

The property was very clean and comfy. No complaints for the price. It’s exactly what you’d expect from $64. I’d stay again.

The only downfall is the walls were paper thin. Anyone comes into the parking lot, down the hall or in and out of there rooms you could hear it! Crisis slightly averted by turning on the fan all night.

The woman who checked us in was super friendly - even though we got there pretty late. She was up very early, too, and was ready to get our breakfast bags. She offered tips about the weather and about the area we were headed to next. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough.

I thought the room came with a mini fridge, but ours was missing. It didn't put a damper on our stay though. It was still a great place to get a good nights rest on our long road trip.

The view from the room wasn't the best as it was almost level with the parking lot, but besides that, everything was super clean and that is #1 in our books.

The window view, but that is very minimal when you want a good clean room to sleep in.

The rooms were very clean, soft beds. We are traveling with our two dogs and they have a huge patch of grass for them to use. They had a grab and go breakfast which was good. Onsite laundry if you need to wash clothes.

The only compliant I have is the AC didn’t work right it kept shutting off and the room was really hot. We just had to keep on getting up to turn it back on.

Warm and friendly staff. Standard continental breakfast of waffles, burritos, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee. Wished there was hot chocolate.

No elevator, but staff went out of their way to get us on the 1st floor. Bathrooms were on the small side and carpets were old, but clean.
