Front desk staff was rude. Showed up at 2:45 and were told to come back in 15 min because check in was 3pm. They could have started the paperwork and politely helped us which could've taken up some time, rather than sending us away. Maybe some polite small talk would have helped eat up some time and politely let us know to wait til 3pm to access the room. Could've been handled alot better. Bad first impression!

Good value. Considering its beaver creek. It's not the ritz, it's not the Westin. but the parking is free, It's a 7-8min walk to the gondola. I was worried after reading the reviews, and set my expectations to the worst place I've ever stayed. I hate to say it, but This place is a gem given staying in BC is a generally a fortune. Come here if you don't plan on spending time at the hotel. If I were flying in from out of town for a nice vaca, I'd stay elsewhere. But for the money... It's nice to stay a couple of nights and skip the weekend morning I-70 traffic.

Keep your expectations in check. The place is totally fine. You go here for a value stay. The reviews almost kept me away and I don't think that's fair considering the very nice, but very expensive alternatives.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Spacious and quiet room with two queens. Good climate control. The facility was cleaner than most places that we have stayed. Location was excellent.

The facility is pretty old and could use some upgrades, particularly the bricked walk areas around the pool and between buildings. The folding glass door in our room was very difficult to open and close. The shower water pressure and breakfast food options could have been a little bit better for the price of the room.

I was surprised at how nice this place is. I was not previously familiar with Comfort Inn and figured it would be an ok place but not exceptional. I liked everything about it -- the room, the breakfast, the landscaping (beautiful!). The staff was very friendly.

They had no change for a $20 and, sorry, I wasn't going to leave that for a tip. I left $20 the first day but after that I wanted to leave a $10. So I'm cheap! I left nothing the second day. Change at the front desk for tip money would be nice.

A full breakfast included with our stay. Eggs, sausage, bread and bagels, breakfast cereals, make-your-own waffles and an assortment of yogurt. The room had 2 comfortable queen beds. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were offered 2 apples and 2 oranges at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return to this facility for a longer stay.

Parking was included, but a little awkward in that there was limited lighting at night.

It was a comfortable room with a microwave and refrigerator. It was also clean, quiet and close to Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Breakfast was better than most and had a few decent selections for those of us with food allergies and intolerances.

The biggest thing we didn't like is that the hotel over charged us by a nominal amount. I would not have noticed had I not looked at the receipt just before we checked out. I brought the issue up to the woman at the front desk and at first, she said there was nothing she could do about it, but I politely insisted that she fix it because the Booking.com price is supposed to be the final price you pay. She told me she didn't think she could refund the money, then she didn't know how to refund the money, blah, blah, blah. When she saw that I wasn't going to leave without the refund, she finally got it figured out, but the whole thing took about 10 minutes and felt super sketchy. We are still waiting to see if the credit has appeared on our credit card statement.

Loved our rooms and the staff did an excellent job getting us 3 rooms close together. We loved the handicapped shower in our room. Even though we didn't need one, we think every room should have one! With the pandemic going on, we weren't sure what to expect for breakfast, but we were very thankful for what was offered... the fruit, an array of drinks, cereal, rolls breakfast sandwiches and especially the waffles! Plus, the "hosts" were extremely helpful in showing us all that was available, and helping us cook the waffles.

Our room needed a mirror in the bedroom besides just the one in the bathroom. Also on one day we found ourselves without transportation and needed to order out for lunch. When we checked with the front desk, apparently there was only one nearby restaurant but they didn't deliver. There were two people in our group who could not walk to even a nearby restaurant. Luckily, we were finally able to solve the situation on our own, but we wished that the front desk could have suggested more options to us. Otherwise all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value. Shuttle stop in front of hotel. Breakfast starts at 6 and has nice variety of items, egg sandwiches to microwave and waffles are the hot choices. All the usual items for contintenal style. Bottled water provided. Full time attendant making sure the items are stocked and clean.

Rooms are a bit dark. Some furniture is damaged. Not worth worrying about at all. Everything functions well.

Great spot for the night. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and the wifi was good. Breakfast had many options. The lodge area was very inviting in the evening, and it was cool enough to sit in front of the fire.

That I had to ask to get my room clean after the first night stay. We were there for 3 nights and I was told they do not clean the room until the 3rd night unless requested. We were out if towels and I was disappointed I had to ask for room cleaning.
