Adam at the front desk was Super helpful but in the morning the young woman at the desk was extremely rude and left a dour taste on our mouth.

The staff were exceptional. Professional, helpful, friendly, often going above and beyond expectations. The location was also very convenient, and the facility was very clean. The hot tub and pool were also great. The complimentary shuttle was also very convenient.

The room itself seemed tired. Cigarette burns on the bathroom wallpaper, scuffed paint and worn carpet. The plumbing backed up twice during a four day stay. The walls were thin and you could hear dogs barking, drunken conversations, and rattling fan belts from your neighbors.

The room was way bigger than we expected for what we paid, it was a great, clean place to stay with a wonderful pool and hot tub. The staff was easy to work with and were there for every need. We would come back!

The coffee maker in our bedroom was broken and the air conditioning system could use some instructions, I was able to find a youtube tutorial, but I think that could be something improved on.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our suite and how comfortable the bedding was. We also really enjoyed that hot tub, pool, and games in the lobby and outside. It was also really convenient that they had a shuttle to anywhere you would like to go! Overall was a great place to stay!

This hotel was fabulous! Natalie at the front desk could not have been nicer! The pool and hot tub were amazing as well as the spa. We loved eating at the Westside Cafe attached to the hotel, the food is soooo good! The restaurant within the hotel was great too! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!

The Location was great. Easy to find and less than 10 minutes away from the ski lifts. We were able to get a King bed and it was amazing because this was a family trip. The place was very clean and we were overall very happy with our stay.

Unfortunately we went during Covid-19 so we did not get to explore much but it was a nice hotel for our 2 night stay. I am not sure if there was a breakfast option like most other places but again this was a pandemic so we did not expect that now.

very modern, high quality fittings. nice location on the outskirts of Vail but close to I-70. near restaurants and shops. good front desk service - excellent complementary cookie!

No breakfast available, however the restaurant next door was great. The only issue I had is that even if I requested housekeeping service every other day, I didn't have the service until my 4th night. I had to talk to the housekeeper supervisor and the front desk agent about it and finally I got service. other than that everything was good.

I wanted room service after 11am but they didn’t come after I took out the sign “don’t disturb “ , although I didn’t call complaining about it.

Location, Beautiful inside, outdoor out tub and pool were wonderful!! Parking was great!!

Our shower, it was off the track so that was a little annoying. Had to keep foot by it so wouldn’t open up. The front desk wasn’t very organized on the check out for us. They put two charges of $250 on our credit card, which we didn’t understand why. Almost got charged $500 more than what we booked in garenteed on the app.
