Breakfast was good. Could have used more fruit, like a banana. Could have served bacon. But other foods were very good. Beds were comfortable. Good price.

The bathroom door did not close fully. We understand that there is no elevator from staying here before, and we selected a room on the second floor anyway. The owner should consider installing an elevator, as there is one in almost every other multi-story motel we have ever been to. The temperature control was hard to figure out. We never did figure out how to run the fan continuously without heating or cooling. Booking through the motel official website would have been unnecessarily expensive, with an odd charge of about $47 for no obvious reason. When we cancelled that and re-booked through booking.com, that charge was not present. It was hard to get the room dark.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff is oustanding, we were welcomed by 2 amazing staff when we visited, Melissa and Sandy, They were extremely helpful. Gym and Swimming pool are operational and well kept. Breakfast is standard north american, nothing exclusive but good enough. Scrambbled egg, boiled egg, bread , oats..etc. 24 hours Coffee and tea available, there are vending machine for chocolates and pop's. All in all it's real value for money

Beds height are bit too much, probably they can lower that. Except that all is great.

Perfect location from the Museum of Glass, (3 mins drive away to be exact) and about a 5 min drive from Gaffar Center. I had a good stay. Quaint little town with a lot of historical charm. Great location from the main attractions. Spacious and tidy room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but appreciated. Beautiful town.

There wasn't anything much I didn't like. However, the place could use some deodorizer to keep it smelling fresh. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken so that was on inconvenience.

The breakfast was exceptional and well stocked. Staff was courteous and smiled. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We had all amenities available to us.

The pillows would be better if they were full size and not half size. There were many hairs in the bed sheets but that's normal. Towels should be replaced size they are tattered. Pool was cold instead of warm.

Room was as expected for the price. Breakfast was better than our higher priced hotels along the way on this trip. Walkable to Corning attractions. Easy drive to Watkins Glen Gorge. Don’t miss that!

Mornings both days staying could not find staff for assistance for breakfast question. Day of checking out ended up just leaving our room keys as could not attract the staff attention. Morning prior they were outside smoking.

Breakfast was very well stocked with warm options. Staff was very attentive to cleanliness. Even though this is an older facility, they did have upgraded amenities & phone, etc. charging available in room.

I wish a stepstool would have been available to climb into bed. It was a high mattress & I had trouble getting in. Once I managed to get in, the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice. Offered a lot.

Door at side entrance #2 didn’t close and latch on its own. You had to make a point to pull it closed. Could be a security risk since it was supposed to be guest card access only. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Good location, very close to the glass museum. Breakfast is great, I love the waffle machine! The mattress and blanket is so comfy, i had a very good sleep. Mini fridge and microwave in the room, very convenient.

The hotel is quite old.

The staff was very nice & helpful.

The charging station for my EV was very far away from my room & kept blowing the breaker. The pool was closed, the gym did not have any weights & was uncomfortable to get through because of the breakfast being in the path.

Good parking. Room was clean and well apportioned, beds comfortable, shower very nice. Location was excellent with plenty of dinner options and a gas station nearby. Staff numbers seemed to be down but that's the same with everywhere else. Building in decent condition and all the furnishings and so on were nice.

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was very much a tale of two days - went down at the same time each day at 8am and the first morning was a disaster - no coffee, bread products or hot breakfast left other than a handful of packaged muffins. Hung around for 15 minutes but no staff to be seen in the breakfast area or reception so gave up and went out for the day. Second day, everything was available and was very good. I'm guessing the previous day must have been down to the low staffing. Quite pricey compared to places we've stayed in around the area but it was in the center of town.
