We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room amenities. The whole hotel was very clean and there is a restaurant, bar and we even bought tickets for a comedy show in the hotel.

I suffer with severe allergies and asthma. I requested a room that was pet free but they couldn't guarantee such a room. They did reply to my request stating that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned after a pet had been in a room. However, I had a significant problem at a Marriott Hotel where obviously there had been a pet in the room before us and I had an asthma attack. We were there for my nieces wedding. I feel all hotels should designate rooms as "Pet Free>"

I had just stayed at a different Hilton in Selinsgrove the previous day on the way up to Niagara Falls. That hotel had a host of issues so I was a little bit nervous booking another Hilton. This was night and day better! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the elevator worked, the coffee didn’t taste like stale cardboard and battery acid, and they actually offered me a paper receipt at checkout, which worked out well because the employee spotted an error that he fixed. I had forgotten what it was like to have a seamless, easy hotel visit.  I will definitely be back to this location again. The area is also super pretty.  Ask for a room facing the river. 

This is very minor, but the Hyatt gives make up remover wipes in the bathroom. I wish that Hilton did too. 

Excellent location right next to the Corning Museum of Glass. Very easy walk several times a day across the pedestrian bridge to Market street which has lots of great restaurants and shops. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We also had a beautiful view of the river in our large, spacious room. We were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

The bathroom has barn doors which don't close leaving a gap. Not amazing for privacy. We ate in the restaurant one night when we were too tired to wander away. Service was excellent and attentive but the food was a little, "meh" but honestly, perfectly fine for the value.

The breakfast was a bit weird. You could help yourself to the buffet, or order off a menu, but that wasn't made clear by anyone working there and sometimes, early in the morning, the coffee wasn't ready and the food not completly out. It seemed as if they were short staffed, and the same person was trying to do it all. The food was good, and they were pleasant, just not very organized.

Enjoyed the high level of decoration and quality of the furnishings, linens and bathroom. The charges for the included breakfast was confusing as some servers were unsure of the charges. I was charged a nominal additional amount for an egg. This was rather petty and should have been included. Otherwise the food was good and the normal prices were very reasonable. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was big and welcoming, nice place to gather in the evening.

Designate an outdoor space for smokers. Some people enjoy a good cigar after dinner and sitting in a comfortable place.

Booking.com indicated free WiFi and breakfast. Free WiFi required signing on the Hilton's promotion and free breakfast was NOT included in the posted room rate. Bad info!

see above and wait staff for one dinner was very reluctant to provide a better knife to cut the steak portion of the meal. Actually the 4 dishes were served well below expected temperature. Very disappointed over all.

My main purpose of visiting Corning was to see the Museum of glass and the Rockwell Museum. The hotel was a very short walk away from the Corning Museum and has free parking which is very convenient. The restaurant in the lobby was open for breakfast and dinner and was very convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean and my room was very comfortable.

I had zero complaints.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Corning Museum of Glass, and about 15 minutes walk to the center of town and Market Street. Free parking. We were given the choice of mountain or river view, we chose the river which was quite nice.

Not related to the hotel specifically, but there were several trains passing through town in the night who blew their horns, which was quite loud, waked us up a few times and was a bit frightening for the kids. Not too bad, but still something to be aware of.

The location was excellent, easy short walk to the glass museum and to a cute breakfast place downtown. The hotel also has its own restaurant, it was very nice to be able to eat dinner right there when we arrived after a long drive. Food was very good. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind that we didn’t like

The hotel had a perfect location close to the Glass Museum and Market St ~ the facility was top notch ~ we were very impressed with the staff and the amenities! We had a little difficulty with the TV remote but the staff immediately brought us a new one and made sure it was working to our satisfaction!

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included ~ most hotels offer breakfast included in the price of the room, but it was an extra nice breakfast with cooked to order options.
