Clean, large, comfortable room with a giant bed and solid internet. The TV gets US sports channels, which is all I watch when on the road. Excellent breakfast where I couldn't resist over-indulging myself and ended up skipping lunch. There is a Starbucks in the building with outside sidewalk seating where you can people-watch.

Not a complaint but a note for older travelers or those who might need assistance: It seems like there are two small sets of stairs that you must climb to enter the property. I arrived by Uber and there didn't seem to be anyone ready to provide assistance if needed. I travel with a small carry-on bag and so would not be someone that would get approached, but I didn't notice anyone waiting in the wings to help.

Great place! I saw some comments about the hotel room being "old", but I definitely did not have this experience. My room was super comfortable, the cleaning staff went into my room (while I was out) sometimes twice a day, and there were always new clean towels. Location is excellent, staff is friendly, beds are comfortable, all silent, I'll definitely come back if I have a chance

Wifi signal was poor and kept disconnecting on my phone. It worked better on my Mac, but not everywhere in the room. Another point for improvement is the heating system - too much noise and not very effective. Regardless, I loved my stay.

We stayed a week first and then we went to Puebla and came back because of cleaningness of the room/bed. We were so tired in the evening that we did not check because we had ad a great experience but to our surprise and disgust we woke up and saw dirty sheets and comforters. It was disgusting. The staff came and looked and saw the dirtiness if the room on floor 7 or 9….. even the chair was stained, it was disgusting. We were given another room that was fine, but was elderly mother slept in those dirty sheets.

Location was great! This hotel is in my opinion the best quality for money THE BEST BED i have ever slept in and those beds i slept in were many to compare to :) Friendly & uber helpful staff Very clean La Distral restaurant top service & food.

If i have to find 2 things: No hooks in bathroom to hang towels At a buffet lunch there were guests eating from a plate with their hands. When i communicated this to 1 of the staff members, no one did anything about it. Which was strange.

As always is nice to return to this property as we know and always have an amazing stay. Rooms and the quality of the rooms is amazing. Food excellent. We had and accident during the event on the terrace, we lost an engagement diamond ring, simply during dance ring slipped from the finger on the floor and we didn't noticed. After lots of tears and cry, search, crawling on the floor, begging for help, the only one person of the FB staff was preoccupied, that is the hostess of the restaurant LA DISTRAL and thanks to her the ring was found and safe delivered to us. Reception staff must be more polite, listen and help and not just do their job as a robots, and security people must have more education and service minded attention. Food excellent, my last night dinner was missing bit more attention and was mixed my ordered dishes, first they gave me main dish and after sup (that they served me in the room), which they simply forgot... how is that possible?

Beautiful, clean, convenient, in the heart of Mexico City. Their breakfast is buffet style with top of the line food. Anything you want. Vegetarian or Vegan. Thus, place is highly recommended.

Not having a pool, not having live music, not having a spa for hair, mails, and makeup.

Location was great, room clean and comfortable . I will definitively will be back. most importantly I felt safe. Av. Reforma is a well-known Avenue it was great to stay right there. Love my stay !

I wish to have indoor pool or spa, but I understand, the hotel is categorized as Business Hotel.

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Mexico City. However, the price is a little high. Although it is a good-level hotel, perhaps you can find other options at a lower price and an acceptable level; in general, a good choice if you stay for a short stay in Mexico City.

The price is a bit expensive in my opinion, but the location is pretty good.

I like the building looks so luxur fancy restaurants nice bar very good located near chapultepec and downtown.

The air condition wasnt working well other than that inconvenient you have to buy the coffee to brew in your room coffee brewer. The rest its ok

The bathroom need urgently an update. One of the walls had a hole which was fixed very unprofessional. The shower tub need some touching. The bathroom was very tiny. The room furniture also need some touching specially the chairs and the desk. The hotel is very old in general and needs some update,looks like 80s. Also need to cleaning more often the hallways carpet,I saw the same garbage for 3 days
