Everything was fine. Breakfast was good too.

The shower courtain in the bathroom was too short, and the water was all over the floor even going to the carpet outside the bathroom. It will be solved very easily: INSTALL LARGER SHOWER COURTAINS.

Mmm when we arrive the guy in the front desk was very nice!!

The people from the restaurant! We order some hit breakfast and it was very bad!! The bowls for cereal they were very dirty and when we ask to clean ones they give us a ugly face! Also the fresh fruit was very ugly! The little place to eat was fury!! Very very disappointed!!

They need more improvement

Toilet wasent working and the AC didn’t cool the room. Plus the shower curtain was moist and dirty.

The receptionist is very rude, stayed there before and its always the same, she never has change when paying with cash. Always have the exact change when paying because she NEVER has change available. The "cooks" would hide when trying to order breakfast. Had to knock 3 times when they were just bout 2 meters from a big window to order.

Price and location

The building is in a very poor condition. Main entrance and two side entrance doors broken. I stayed in a floor level room with an outside facing window with a big crack going from side to side. The night shift personnel is rude.
