Very helpful staff with a good command of English. Nice complimentary breakfast, paid parking very nearby. Launderette facilities with washers and separate dryers and free loan of an iron and ironing board.

As is very common in Japanese hotels at this price range the double bed is pushed up against the wall but overall the space available wasn't bad

Next to Saga station. Don’t need to cross a street. Few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Friendly staffs. They asked us if we’d like some coffee even after we check-out. There were free varieties of breakfast and coffee with relaxing space until 12 pm. Room was standard clean and spacious comparing to price. Value for money.

The location is very convenient and there are many choices for food around the area. The hotel provides free breakfast. Very cozy place indeed!

The aircon in my room is pretty noisy, so I had to switch off. Luckily the weather was cool in the night, so I didn't feel stuffy in the room.

It is very close to the station. The room is very comfortable. And it also provides an open space for working on the first floor, with drinks. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. If anything, when I visited there, the station was under construction which makes the surroundings look a little bit messy. And due to corona there were not many options for eating out nearby (at night).

The Hotel is located just by the station, still, there was no noise to disturb during my stay. The hotel provides all the necessities and the breakfast is very complete for a complimentary service. Excellent cost-value for someone on a business trip like me, looking for some comfort. I will definitely stay there again when I need to go to Saga.

There is no much to complain about, so I will just nitpick here. I did not like the pillow very much, it was too thin for my taste, and only one was provided in my room. I believe that I could have been provided another one had I asked, but I guess it didn't bother me enough to go ask for it.
