Hotel staff amazing, hotel needs a lift to make it more easier to get to the sea to swim, do not use the turkish massage facilities crazy cost, close to hotel is massage parlor very cheap, Wi-Fi very poor! it never works much when working slow, cocktails was poor limited alcohol drinks just local spirits, but you can pay for top shelf drinks ( we not drinkers so was nothing terrible) food amazing something different everday but mostly same everday, Take the bus to oldtown Antalya so easy one street away KL08 or KC07, tap bank card when you enter bus stay on bus takes you straight there, take a boat trip if it cost 700, offer 650, and they will say no problem, amazing boat ride, photographs on boat high cost just say no! Taxi to airport cheap use yellow cab, when arrive do not use the black small buses will cost £20 take yellow cab 250 turkish,fresh fruit each day, but no fresh juice! (it was terrible what comes out the juice machines) powder mix juice very disappointing, but shop close you can pay very cheap, limited space in room for luggage and clothing, shower in room open shower take care can easily flood the barthroom, just ask for extra floor towels, this hotel is a great place to take a holiday, swimming pools was great slides was fun, chicken kebab nigh was the best))) we like to walk so no need to be a prisoners of the complex

Mostly all,, was just a comfortable hotel all layed on, the shop in the hotel was closed all holidays I think it has closed down,

We loved the hotel facilities like the pool area, beach area etc. The views from the public areas are completely amazing!!! To our surprise all meals were included which was fantastic. This hotel is all inclusive. The staff and waiters are so friendly. The shower was nice and big and soundproofing was good. The variety and amount of foods at the dining area were so generous for all meals - we were completely pleasantly surprised.

The room was smaller than expected and didn't really match the exact pictures on booking.com.

Beach front is good. Location is I'm the city not far from old town and nightlife. Pool area and activities are good.

Staff are hardly friendly and smiling I noticed that in general in Turkiye but for a 4 star hotel like this at least they could try. 5 nights and the only thing the cleaner does is do our beds and put new towels. They don't clean toilets or sink AT ALL. Not hoovering not changing sheets despite me notifying the receptionist 4 times a night before. We had our friend coming in as a guest paying 50€ to use facilities but they treated us like we did something illegal especially security at the door the looks they give haha! No need to be this rude at all.

I've booked the room with the sea view, but when we arrived in afternoon and entered the rooms all I saw in the window just a street, road but no sea... Were too tired after the flight to find out how this happened, but next morning asked the Hotel employers to solve this problem and provide with the room I booked and paid (actually which is more expensive that the "road/street view". Hotel personel asked me to come back in an hour and a miracle... I've got the new room. I had to pack my clothes again and move all the suitcases to another buildling and lose the time and you know, I'm sure hotel personel knew what they have done, just hoped I wont ask to change the room. That's a little strange,

The Dr. in The hotel was not a doctor( He said he is not a doctor and a he is a nurse from "Yaşam" hospital ), he simply was focusing just to promote "Yaşam" hospital and not to heal the patient. He directed us to "Yaşam" hospital and misled us clearly , so we paid 30 + 135 Euro for just a simple and unnecessary visit of doctor. long story short, Just if you got ill, take a taxi and go to closest public hospital/ government hospital, never go to private private hospitals like "Yaşam" hospital. By the way, I compliant to hotel manager and they said to me they will change the Dr. of hotel and stop accepting anyone from "Yaşam" hospital

the hotel was in a beautiful location.

it’s used as a hotel for cosmetic surgery abroad, which is fine but it does attract a certain crowd. my friend & I were woken up at 4am by someone kicking their door in & smashing glass. we felt unsafe.

All facilities were excellent. Cocktails included till midnight. Brilliant entertainment each night . Great location and easy access to the mall and everywhere. Mustapha was a gem. He was very helpful in the restaurant and tried his best to cater to all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel. Huge thank you for housekeeping! Food was nice. Location is amazing!!!! Located on cliffs. Amazing terrace to walk in the morning with a cup of coffee. Pretty close to airport/ old town.

No english tv channels. No music channels. Turkish and german tv channels only. Old type tw. Extremely small bathroom! Swimming pool, gym and spa is located in other building. We did not notice that in description, kind a ok but have to walk through outside to reach block we did get a room for us. Hotel is a builded of few separate few blocks , not a one huge building. ood nice. Hade to wait for a free table for dinner. As it was crowded and not enough space for hotel guests. A bit sad as had to adjust and change our plans. Otherwise all ok.

Property was very clean. Room very spacious. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

Only thing that was a bit of a let down was the selection of food in the restaurant for all inclusive. more or less the same thing everyday. And the beach is not a beach really.
