Very comfortable bed, especially pillows. The room was clean and comfortable. Good sound isolation room to room and to a corridor. A tub in the bathroom was perfect after 12 hours driving. Since it was late, we didn’t want to have a dinner, yet went to the restaurant and ordered drinks with snacks. Were truly surprised when they delivered not only peanuts but also a set of local snacks for each of us! (prosciutto, some other kind of Italian food, cheese, olives etc.). The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would say, It is maybe not fresh but still comfortable hotel.

We booked two rooms. One was OK, but the second room’s window was damaged and the noice coming from a highway nearby was annoying. Bathroom should be slightly refreshed.

Do not list your hotel as having a pool on booking.com during periods where pool isn't open. The AC needs to be better for this kind of room(penthouse suite), the temperature in the room is very uneven and does not get cold enough. You should not have to max the AC in order not to sweat

I just would like to thank very much the receptionist who helped me a lot by making phone calls for me my car rental. She was outstanding, empathizing with me and helping. Luxury appearance, unique design, quiet hence it is next to the highway. Staff are polite, breakfast amazing, so all was well.

Too much clean towels (not economic), pool still not open.

The place has a great location if you travel. It is right next to the highway, however the windows are very good and you don't hear anything. The restaurant there is perfect! We had a room with a jacuzzi, very nice bath and shower.

The only thing that I didn't like was the smell of canalization in the room and bathroom. We tried everything, but the smell was there no matter what we did. Maybe coming from the piles of the bathtub.

It was a stay after arrival from airport so I didn’t expect much from the hotel however it was super clean and the AC and the bathroom were perfect so I really recommend the hotel would definitely book it again

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It was nice that the restaurant seemed open anytime I needed something. It was nice proximity to Leolandia and suitable size room for a small family.

The pool was closed. They offered to use a hotel next door, but we opted not to use it.

The room is spacious and clean. the bathroom has chrome therapy, very pleasant.

I did not receive the bill from the restaurant. I only signed for the one that stayed with them. It did not have the total price but only the price on each product, almost impossible to retain or verify.

Hotel staff are very supportive. Room is big and parking is free

Just the hotel is a little far from the centre of Milan. But if you have a car, you don't have an issue

It's located near the highway, price is good. I have eatten the Best pizza in the restaurant. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean.
