Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are really comfortable, clean and spacious. Aircon works well and there is a decent size desk for working. The restaurant on site is fantastic. Good value and great food. Ask about the secret options that aren't on the menu!

Very limited power points in the room so takes a little juggling with adapators and cables to work. Two at the desk but one was taken with the modem so only leaves one. No power points beside the bed for phone/watch/AirPods charging. Great that they allow you to plug in your car. $30 a day is a little expensive though. Most cars wouldn't use more than $5-10 of electricity as they are unlikely to fully charge from nothing, and many hotels provide this for free.

Friendliness of the owners and staff. You felt like you were visiting family. The menu is well balanced and the quality of the fresh products they use rivals many a top restaurant. Although simple in presentation every bite is worth taking. Rarely have I come across in my travels chefs who know how to cook fish - this was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely order again when back at Dalby for business. A hidden gem but need to book quick.

We were greeted by very friendly and welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Parking was available right outside and our request for two rooms side by side was met. A laundry facility was available on site. We dined at the restaurant and the food and service were exceptionally good. My late request for a cancel or something to celebrate a birthday in our group was kindly met. The personalised attention raised our stay to exceptional.

Everything about the hotel and hosts was great. Our only 'negative' was there were a few noisy trucks that passed by in the early hours of the morning and woke two of our group. I wouldn't stop that from saying here again though as everything else was really so good.

Location is excellent, very central. We have stayed here before, and was happy to hear our family had a good stay at a location we recommended. Staff very friendly, and even double check our movements before requesting room access for room keeping.

Nothing, everything was excellent

We had dinner and breakfast there as well. Ben, the owner was fabulous. He discussed wines with us because we are really into wine and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The food and service was excellent. Ben and his family made our stay so beautifully memorable.

After a long day working and travelling, I was greeted by Regi and Ben’s beautiful welcoming smiles and amazing hospitality, beats the perfunctory courtesy in any five star hotels ... they absolutely made me feel like home. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The food from the restaurant was fresh and delicious. 100% positive!!

Friendly staff. Good to have a chat with. My son accidentally broke a light with a ball when he was playing outside. Of course, I offered to pay for the damage and clean it up. The gentleman was forgiving towards my son, insisted on cleaning it so no one got cut on the glass. I was not charged for the light replacement either. I can’t speak more highly of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the room. Thank you and sorry once again about the light.

My room was clean and spacious and found the staff very helpful and accommodating. This trip was for work and the hotel provided a packed lunch service which included a variety of items and made my trip run much smoother. Room service was excellent and restaurant was cosy with a welcoming atmosphere.

On arrival, staff were very friendly and welcoming. They ensured our room had the air con on to cool before our arrival which was great. The room was welcoming, comfortable, quiet and clean.
