great location, near shopping ctr and tram, good restaurants within walking distance. clean and spacious, great view. nice spa and swimming pool

booked a ocean view single bedroom suite but was changed to two bedroom suite but no ocean view, this is ok but I was not told until i called the facility about the 'free upgrade'. consider it was a 'free upgrade' when i reached reception the staff told me if I were to use the second bedroom I would be charged extra $79 a night, just WTF! hotel didnt tell me about the 'upgrade' then told me i need to pay for using an extra bedroom in the same apartment?

Jade at Hotel reception was exceptional, check in was seamless, she gave us drink vouchers for the restaurants in the building and also a discount voucher at Miss Moneypenny’s restaurant which was a huge win as we were dining there during our stay! We had a problem with the door to the balcony and she organized for it to be fixed immediately. The communication was excellent we were very impressed. The apartment was spacious and we had a fabulous view toward the hinterland from our 24th floor. Pool was lovely bed was super comfortable would def stay here again!

Bedrooms were on the small side

I was really happy with this stay! The rooms and beds were really comfortable, the apartment was simple but stylish and the views were out of this world! Hinterland to the right, ocean to the left from my bedroom window. It had a really nice calm vibe, it had a coffee machine, someone in reception after hours and additional amenities such as a razor kit at reception

The halls and corridors are very tired. I initially thought the place wasn't going to very nice when I was walking up front reception because it needed a new paint job and carpet but when you get to the room itself all that is forgotten

Spent 3 nights at the Avani with my wife for our 33yr, wedding anniversary. Was checked in by Daniel and he went above and beyond.. gave us a room upgrade, waived the parking fees for the 3 nights and supplied us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Had a small issue with the room televisions and Daniel was right on to it with everything fixed by the time we came back from our walk. I cannot commend Daniel enough. He was professional, pleasant, friendly and helpful...5 star rating for service. Give the man a raise....

Great location, close to the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, restaurants and public transport options. Very clean room, strong Wi-Fi, nice and modern bathroom, good shower, nice balcony, air conditioning worked well throughout the apartment, very nice pool area with several lounge chairs.

The TVs in the room were a bit slow and some apps did not work very smoothly for smart TVs. The bed was comfortable however it did get warm and the pillows were a bit too hard and high.

I stayed in an apartment with ocean views and a big balcony. The price was amazing for Broadbeach and parking was cheap. The room was modern and clean. The finishes were ok but could have been warmer. The appliances were good, the coffee was good, the ocean view was incredible. The noise of nearby construction was not great nor was the noise of the lifts as my room was opposite them. The space was vast as far as the living area went, the kitchen was big but I found the bathroom pokey and lacking in bench space Over all it was good and I'd stay again.

Great location and view from the balcony, loved the apartment’s layout with perfectly separated two bedrooms, comfy beds and pillows, heated pool.

It would be great to slightly rearrange the bathrooms and add hooks or rails for hand towels (nowhere to hang small towels at all) and it would be better to change place for bath towel rails in ensuite ( it’s not the best option to hang them in such a proximity to the toilet). Toilet seats were stained- most likely as a result of not being cleaned properly for some time. Another thing we would appreciate is sauna.

It was very clean and open and had a good location close drive to surfers, 5 min walk to the beach and all sorts of shops nearby and downstairs is a restaurant with delicious food and even a pub with a VIP lounge. Very good!!!

I have no negative thoughts about this Avani hotel although I underestimated the hotel from the photos it was so much better in real life !!!

I loved the views and the cleanliness of the property. Within walking distance to beach and trams so access to everything. Friendly helpful staff and secure parking was great. We got a late checkout that was no problem at all.

I had a big stain on the blanket that was a but yuck. It was early hours of the morning when I found it and did let reception know the next day. Also, despite having the air con as low as it would go it was still quite warm in the bedroom in the morning. Pillows very very firm so if you prefer a little softer maybe take your own!

great location we had the same apartment as before which they upgraded ,a few things needed doing curtain hanging off rail ,shelve in cupboard hanging down ,and grill in oven wasn't cleaned ,which we rang reception and was done promptly, we definitely stay again we loved it Thanks for the upgrade,hope to see you again soon.

just a few things needs attention n the apartment as mentioned above, but we love it here so I am sure they will look into them,shame about the weather rained 4 days , but great to catch up with family,and grand children.
