Oceana On Broadbeach

Unit 61, 14th Floor Very big, spacious, modern, privacy for everyone. Balconies off every room. 3 bathrooms plus powder room. Great kitchen. Showers had great pressure! Cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in. Kitchen had heaps of crockery, cutlery, glasses. Big balcony over looking beach and pools. Beautiful morning sun. Lift was quick. Loved the big spa by the pool. Perfect warm temperature to relax. Secure access. Great location. Next to coffee shop/cafe and bottle shop. 10-15min walk to Broadbeach centre. 25min walk to surfers Cavill Ave.

Nothing really….. if I had to be picky…No salt or pepper. Only one roll toilet paper spare in bathrooms. Only one sachet of dish powder/ liquid.

The property is in a good location with a fantastic view of the ocean. The facilities are also good and it is quiet. The apartment was good sized for a family. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The apartment we stayed in was renovated, but is starting to look tired already. The “superior apartment” had the main bathroom shower broken and batteries missing from the TV remotes. Whilst the apartment appeared clean, when we dropped something and had to get it from under the couch, we wished we hadn’t looked. The place needs a spring clean. Also the starter kit for guest amenities provided was very frugal. I would expect for dishwash liquid & powder to be provided for duration of the stay as it does not make sense to purchase these type of supplies for just a week.

A great view over the guest pool area, gardens, beach and ocean. Cafe, bottle shop, accessible sports club bar and dining (and takeaways) all across the street. All of it was no more than minutes walk. Car parking underground was a bonus.

Beds were a little on the hard side for us. Some of the apartment's appliances are getting old and should be updated. The servicing of laundry (towels, etc) could have occurred more often.

It was all good, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The unit was very spacious, with a good balcony on the sunny side. A BWS, cafe, fish and chip shop, and grocery are near as is the bowling club which has good meals. Special thanks to Deborah who colluded with our son from Peth to arrange accommodation for a surprise visit. We hadn't seen him for three years because of covid.

2 bedroom apartment on Level 10 with an ocean view. Amazing front and side views from the corner shaped balcony. The large pool, heated pool and hot outdoor spa were fabulous!

Having to pay $6 for the use of 2 pool towels. Also, Not getting fresh towels in our rooms after a few days of being there and being told we can wash our towel to reuse it. Being there for 5 days, none of us were planning on doing laundry.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was roomy, comfortable, well positioned for our attendance at the Australian Open Bowls! Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. A walk-in robe was an unexpected luxury (no tripping over a sprawling suitcase on the floor) and the kitchen well stocked with china, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and all the necessities to be able to create meals and serve them up in the appropriate manner.

The carpet is “sad” thus not easy on bare feet or even shoes. The underfelt is non-existent! Maybe it’s time to replace the carpet but we understand that it’s not just the owners occupying the property and the state of the carpet has to be taken into account!

We loved our stay here in an ocean view room. The apartments a huge - big rooms and lots of space for a family of 4. We love the location - it was right across from the beach, a short walk into the heart of Broadbeach or you could walk the opposite way and walk to Surfers along the boardwalk. There were some great coffee shops nearby and a food store. The bowls club across the road was fun for some barefoot bowling. We will definitely be back!

We were on the tenth floor ocean front and it was just beautiful. The view was something special. Everything we needed was so close by.

It’s a serviced apartment but I didn’t realise we needed to provide extra loo paper, launder soap etc once we used what was there. Completely fine but for some reason didn’t realise. Just a good tip to know for when you do a mini shop.

Beautiful and modern apartment with an incredible view, photos really don’t do it justice! The gentleman who works at the desk (cant remember his name unfortunately) is very welcoming and outgoing. When waking up and seeing the ocean outside the window of your spacious bedroom, this place really enforces the fact that you are on a proper getaway. I’ll definitely be booking this apartment again and will even be staying an additional week or two next time! 😍

If i really had to pick something it would be that the communal areas such as the lobby, lifts etc. feel a little outdated. But that’s trivial and subjective and did not at all effect my stay or comfort.

Pool area absolutely fantastic. Huge apartment with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Comfortable living space, we enjoyed watching movies in the evening on Foxtel. The level of amenity in the apartment was outstanding - very well equipped kitchen, full laundry, which suited our needs travelling as a family. Great location too - we upgraded to a superior room and enjoyed our glorious views!
