Marriner Views

Good location. Very quiet. The price was great, bedsheets and toilets were clean. Apartment was spacious with beautiful views of the city and ocean. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 plus one grandparent. Perfect for long and short stay with the full size kitchen. The 2 big kids had a great time in the pool.

The shelves, glass dining table and a few side tables etc had a good layer of dust on them. We went to have our meal on the dining table and had to wipe it clean first. The mattress of the folding bed that we had paid extra for was quite stained with what looked like mildew. Perhaps a good steam clean would help get it out. Minor oversights I'm sure.

Great Unit at Surfers Paradise. I rented a Superior Unit and ended up on the top floor on level 24. The views were fantastic of the ocean hinterland and surrounding city landscape. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with an en suite in the master bedroom and a second balcony in the 2nd bedroom. The main balcony was very spacious and the entire unit was very large and comfortable at a quoted 180m2. Manager on site was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was in a run down and dated condition. No a/c. A general lack of supplies (detergent, shampoo, dish liquid). The unit was significantly different from what was advertised.

Check in/checkout was smooth, the staff member was friendly and polite and the location was great. Walking distance to Cavill ave and Glink stop. Spa was clean and well maintained as was the pool.

Only downside, being on the first floor we had to listen to the nighttime shenanigans in the pool/spa. A request would be, some additional washing liquid packets if the facility is low on towels. Happy to wash, not happy to buy a whole container of powder to do so. And some pegs, for that matter :)

Our apartment was just beautiful, very large size, beautiful views from every window...I could have happily moved in and lived there.

Not that I didn't like it, but travellers need to be aware that there isn't any airconditioning (or there wasn't in our apartment). There are beautiful sea breezes, fans and ceiling fans which were perfect for our 29 degree days, but it would be different if it was a hot day with no breeze.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and had everything we could have needed. Even a couple of boogie boards in the cupboard that my daughter loved! Being able to cook or dinners and so laundry in our apartment made life so easy for a family.

The showers were tricky to get a good temperature for the kids with two taps instead of a mixer. The rooms could do with a touch up but in saying that it was still amazing value for money

The unit had a first class view and was very spacious. It was convenient to the beach and an easy walk to Surfers or Broadbeach via the beach.

There were delays as only one lift was working so a bit of a wait at times. Would not recommend this unit in summer as it does not have airconditioning. On one of the days we stayed the temperature reached 24 degrees and due to the large amount of glass the unit became uncomfortable even though it was only 24 degrees.

it was clean and tidy. close to the beach, and couple of minutes walk to the city and almost everything. we barely used the car the staff was exceptionally nice and helped us out whenever we we needed help.

there is nothing I don’t like. I will one day come again.

We had a lovely stay at Marriner Views we had booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was super spacious for my hens weekend. Good location, 10 min walk from surfers, smooth check in process. Happy with our stay

The main bed wasn't the most comfortable bed

We were on the top floor and the views from the apartment was amazing. The location is great cause it's close to everything. S hort walk to the beach. Friendly manager and also friendly people that live in the other apartments.

Needs some renovating. The blinds are old and mouldy. The windows are hard to open. There are no locks to the bathroom doors and bedroom doors.
