Silverton Apartment Resort Surfers Paradise

We liked the view from our balcony, lovely river view. Pool and spa are brilliant. We used bbq area a lot, lovely place. Mattreses are very comfortable, we had best sleep. Close to tram stop and only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Rooms are outdated, kitchen is really old, minimum kitchen essentials. Three old cheap pots with one lid only, oven didn't work only grill worked. Everything missmatched. Dirty old carpets and sofas in the apartments. Certainly overpriced for what we got.

Great location - we were a group visiting HOTA & dinner on Isle of Capri which was in walking distance. Very spacious for 5 people. Pretty view over Nerang river & GC hinterland. Excellent to have allocation of 2 car parks

Everything was great - only slight issue was that as group of 5 the ensuite toilet was a bit open so a more solid door could have worked too.

My friends and I booked the 3 bedroom apartment for 6people, the whole apartment was spacious and very clean, the views from our balcony were amazing! the guy at reception (I believe it was the manager) was so lovely, he ensured our stay was comfortable and that our requests were met. I would highly recommend & will most likely be visiting again, Thank you.

staff were wonderful and accommodating when we were able to use the amenities after check out time., very helpful. lovely pool and spa with views of the river.

the cupboard was a bit smelly. would have been even better if we didn’t have to cross the busy road to go to the beach but I suppose that would cost a lot more.

big rooms, beautiful view, extremely nice staff, close to the tram

can tell they don’t do deep cleans as there was stuff under the bed and under cupboards but it wasn’t too bad

lots of space, beautiful bathroom, gorgeous outdoor area and only a short walk to the beach or light rail

was a little noisey, loud street and thin walls, could hear people walking/talking ect.

The location was good, close to day spa and surf club. Spacious modern apartment with a lovely river view.

Nothing major but I a m used to finding complimentary milk in fridge when hiring an apartment but was none provided and we had 1 teabag between 7 people.

Your view room Good because near river and have fresh air. Room good nor too small

Room not to clean look old, and no have house keeping to come clean I room every day.

The room wasn’t quiet because plane and car noise could be heard through the glass doors

Pillows were super hard

Great location, nice views. Roomy appartment with modern decor. Everything you need. Nice pool, good gym. Only a 15 minute walk to heart of surfers. Manager very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

A little noisy and very bright in the morning but I always travel with ear plugs and a sleep mask so not really a issue
