Moving from Apartment 9 to Apartment 10

Apartment 9 was well below 4 star standard...Sewage stench...mouldy bathroom.. No fan...Air-conditioner or window to open in the bedroom...basic uncomfortable bed...tiny fridge..no dining table....Desperately needs re-furbishing.

The apartment is very well situated across the road from the park beside the river, so you get a pleasant breeze even at this time of the year. The manager is very helpful, the kitchen facilities are basic but who needs more when you are on holiday? The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom.

We didn't get a message telling us where to find the key and the phone number on our booking was no help, but there was a different phone number at the reception desk and that worked perfectly. The bedroom has only high windows, which makes it a bit stuffy, and those windows open onto a passage which was quite noisy.

Location was great

Loved the location loved how close it was to the caravan park where my family were holidaying loved that there was a lift as I have arthritis in both knees loved the cleanliness loved the secure, under cover car park

The front door was the only door in the unit that had a lock that worked. Very dangerous when you are on the 1st floor.

I was there to attend my friend's birthday and the location was great about a 2 minute walk from their house. The bed was comfortable the apartment great

there was nothing I didn't like as it fulfilled my expectations. I also knew the area.

Location, Location, Location. Directly across from the river. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Forgot that it was an apartment not a hotel, so had to go buy some provisions when the welcome pack ran out. Also, the window shutters in the bedrooms do not fully block out the light from the outside landing, so room was a bit light at night. Might suggest a blind or curtain fitted over the window as well to make the room dark.

The room was cool and quiet. We slept really well due to the quiet family oriented rooms and the location is excellent. So central with accessibility to shops, river/beach and eateries.

The shower was old and not as clean as I would have liked. Otherwise the rest of the unit was well renovated and updated.

Easy to find location, clean facilities, plenty of space, great centralised location

We had a large van to cater for our travellers, there wasn’t off street parking available - however, plenty of parking on the road near by

..loved the balcony with views . adequate kitchen facilities..room was very homely.dryer a bonus and washing machine

Water pressure too low in shower ..light coming through in bedroom through curtains...block out blind would have been a better option

fear tactics when cooking! I found myself cooking with front door and bedroom window open and a broom agains front door to keep it open! Sign said. would be fined thousands if firies were called. meant I ate out as much as possible. Also, I wasn’t prepared for the smoker on the level below. I guess I thought all apartments were smoke free these days.
