Beachside Resort Kawana Waters

Check in was so easy. The service recieved at check in was exceptional. I can't recall the lady's name who checked me in but she was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt immediately relieved that I had made the right choice by staying there. The location is brilliant. The beach is literally 1 min away. The shopping centre is 1 minute away. The pool was clean, the facilities were clean. Everything was accessible. The rooms were spacious.

Look, the price was high for 1 night, but it is high everywhere. What made me forget about the price was the immediate exceptional service I recieved from the moment I made the booking.

Location is amazing. The facilities were great, pool, tennis court, table tennis, bbq area, little dvd library, sauna etc were all a great addition. Even had a cafe on Saturday morning (although would’ve been even better if open more often). Great balcony overlooking the waterfront.

Only a small issue but the master bedroom was quite hot as the air con didn’t flow well to that room and the lights in bbq area weren’t working so could bbq after dark.

The views were great,The open view plan was beautiful.loved the kitchen appliances .The hot water temperature was great,The sauna was fabulous.Friendly staff especially the fact that i came after hours

On arrival i couldnt see where to put the key to open the car park gate. There was no internet on saturday night which we thought we could watch some good stuff on tv so the kids were grumpy watching the good old TV.My daughter complained of uncomfortable mattress(Dont worry ,floor would have been hard.She should have tried it)

I was so lucky to snap up a last-minute canceled booking for the school holidays - such a great location, large apartment and very comfortable for families. Julie was so helpful - made sure we had a high chair in our room and also, on this occasion, was able to accommodate an earlier check-in to work in with our toddler's nap time. The pool was perfect - it has a wide bench seat that runs almost the length of the pool which is ideal for little ones to play on. The apartment is a short drive to Mooloolaba Beach however, you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Shops, restaurants, cinema, Dan Murphys etc are 7 mins walk away. The beach is across the street as is the the surf club where we went for lunch - FYI it opens at 11am but only start taking food orders at midday - where we received 10% discount on food and drink when we showed Beachside Resort key which was a bonus! The Surf Club also has outdoor seating right beside a playground. Definitely will be back!

Location was perfect, close to the shops, beach and about a 7minute drive to the fields for sports. very easy to find. Our apartment had its own washing machine and drier, saved us having to go out and find a laundromat.

Others that maybe live there or also on holiday have to have an understanding that when sports carnivals are on, that it will be slightly noisy. There are kids, there are families the noise won’t last forever, it’s just excited kids that are happy to be coming to play the sports they love.

The views from the south penthouse were beautiful. The proximity to Kawana Shopping world and the Kawana Surf Club is great. Easy drive to Mooloolaba and Eumundi.

The South Penthouse is looking a bit tired. The southern aspect gives great views but there is no direct sun in winter and when the air conditioning isn’t working, the penthouse is like an icebox. 2 small blow heaters were provided but the penthouse is to large for them to be effective at all. The lack of any user manual for the oven/griller was extremely frustrating as all of the original markings on the dials have long since disappeared. There is no user manual for the dishwasher, finding the power button was a trial as it is located inside the machine. The range hood did not work.

Beautiful clean apartment, secure parking. Comfortable beds and heaps of fluffy towels. Loved the coffee machine. Loved the laundry room, with soccer gear that needed doing each evening. Fabulous spa bath in the main bathroom. Stunning view from all the rooms and balconies. Discounted meals and drinks at the surf club, excellent food.

Coffee pods for the coffee machine. Dishwasher door didnt open all the way, but did the dishes in a couple of minutes, no need to run it for a handful of items. Couple of finishes in the main bathroom need attention. Would have loved a pool for the kids.

Everything was really good..easy to go places and didn't have to drive. The use of everything available on site was perfect. The only thing that we couldn't use properly was the bbq area having no lighting to cook food at night when we made a booking. Otherwise awesome stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou

Large, spacious appartment, very comfortable for the family. Would have loved to stay longer. The hot tub was nice and the opening hours of the pool. Very easy check in / out system and car parking. Tennis courts available, super easy.

The swimming pool was quite cold. I also did not need the multiple phone calls from the hotel staff regarding my booking prior to coming, when there were no issues or changes, a message is just fine.

The lift stopped working on our first day there and we had my 82yo Dad with us so we were really worried about him and my husband who suffers from arthritis to the legs, climbing up and down to the 5th floor. Thankfully they were ok. But, hope this doesn't happen again. Also be great to have access from the carpark into the stairwell/ building. Walking around to get into the building when the lift was out of action was annoying.
