The location is in Noosa Junction rather than Noosa Heads however it is a 500 metre walk to Noosa Heads (being out of mainstream Noosa is a good thing )or there is a free bus service . Noosa Junction offers full range of dining outlets and retail shops at prices less than Noosa Heads . The staff and owners were very cheery and helpful . The room was comfortable and clean . We stayed for 7 nights and the room overlooked the road but there was no road noise . The bed was comfortable and ironing , laundry facilities provided .

Towels could be replaced daily on request but automatic replacement every , say , second day would be good . Check out time of 10am is a bit old school . We travel extensively especially overseas with 11am to 2pm a usual check out time . Having stayed 7 nights including an extension for 2 nights at a price higher , being informed of $25 fee for an 11am check out wasn’t great customer management . There is no signage at ground level to room 4 or 5- a bit confusing for weary travellers arriving after reception is closed Hopefully this is constructive

Very spacious and clean rooms that have had a renovation recently. The location was a 10 - 15 minute walk down to Hastings Street. The return journey is back up quite a steep hill but there is also a free bus, which we did not need to use for the 5 days we were there. Pool and BBQ area was not crowded, even though we were there during peak time. There is also a local shopping /dining district close by (5 minute walk) that is not as busy as Hastings, with a supermarket for supplies. Staff member Robyn at reception was a delight and so helpful. Overall, excellent stay, very tranquil, with easy access to dining, beach, shops and local attractions.

Very clean, modern, well maintained. Nice balcony, sitting area, beautiful modern bathroom. Great location. Short walk to the junction, a bit further to hastings street. Public transport close by. Nice pool area. Plenty of free parking.

I understand it's not self-contained, but this unit was $360 per night, so when the word kitchenette is used, i expect more. No sink. No toaster. I was told these set off smoke alarms, but that's not a problem in other hotel rooms. There was a microwave, but no containers, etc, to cook anything in. No cork screw, wine glasses, bottle opener.

Warm and personalised welcoming made it very clear this was a family run business. The lady who met me on arrival explained how to get around, local supermarkets, restaurants and tourist activities. The grounds were beautifully maintained and very quiet. I was placed in a rear elevated unit which was very private and the room was clean and modern. The hotel is located a small walk from the tourist main street - Hastings Street, which I was initially worried about but this was perfect. Right beside a strip of cafes, restaurants and the local shopping centre, and a small, beautiful walk to be right on the main strip and beach. I will definitely rebook with Noosa Heads Motel on my next visit.

The Motel is located close to shops and restaurants only disadvantage being a hilly walk back up from the centre of Noosa beach, restaurants, and other parks etc… so not for the faint hearted. The Motel itself and facilities provided including safe secure car park were excellent. Room having basic kitchen equipment with a microwave as the cooker which I wasn’t expecting. It also has a fridge and safe. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully if I return to Australia would stay here again

Only drawback was at top of a steep hill when returning from the main area of Noosa attractions. Also on a busy main road

Everything was OK , except the location. See below comments

Access to our room was via the climbing of 37 steps. This was difficult as I have a knee injury. We both would have liked access to a LIFT from the Carpark to our room. Also, as we were travelling from Maroochydore in the late afternoon (almost dark) , we had trouble locating the Motel via GPS, as there were no signs near the road at eye level, as we drove down the steep slope of Noosa Drive. It would help to have a SIGN and Street Number close to the road, to assist clients to locate the property.

Great location for the beach and the restaurants and bars on sunshine beach road. We arrived on Christmas Eve and Matt the owners was acting as receptionist gave us great tips on how to get around. The free bus loop is around 100m from the hotel and a godsend when coming back from the beach. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend highly.

Really struggling for something negative here, but would suggest a bottle opener :-)

Fantastic place; very close to nice restaurants and only a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach Staff were extremely nice and friendly and the room and pool were clean and comfortable and perhaps recently renovated.

You have to walk uphill for 5 minutes when you're going back to the motel from the beach. That could be difficult for the elderly or kids. Young adults wouldn't have any issues though.

I think the location was great, near the bus stop which cameby often and only 1 stop away from the beach. Or you could walk down-hill mostly to the beach for 20 minutes. The pool was clean and nice, also I enjoyed that was salted.

Well, it rain a lot, and the floor were not always dry ... or the hallways were not that well lit. In general I don't do well in tropical weather. So not really a con for the hotel itself.

This motel was incredibly clean, spacious and in an excellent location. Easy walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the Junction, and a quick walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Main beach. The swimming pool was large and lovely too.

The only minor drawbacks were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the people in the unit above walking and dropping things on the floor, but the positives definitely far outweigh the negatives!
