Noosa Place Resort

This was the perfect holiday base for any type of holiday, whether a family holiday or a solo stay (I did both). Right near the Noosaville riverfront, which is beautiful, particularly in the evenings. Short drive or bus ride (depending on traffic) to Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach. The apartment was perfect, with nice big, spacious living and dining areas and bedroom, and looking over the pool. Nice, cold air conditioning. Good sized individual parking spaces. Super clean, and no bugs. We didn't use the tennis court or BBQ, but both looked great. Owners were friendly and helpful, and helped us retrieve some items accidentally left behind. Overall great value and would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed in a two story 2 bed accommodation looking out onto the pool, so we had tons of room as there was only 2 of us. A long street of restaurants/bars nearby but make sure you book in to restaurants as they are always reserved. The pool was very private no one really ever there. The accommodation is a bit of a distance from Noosa beach and Hastings Street so just be mindful of that. Beds were so comfy and huge!

The complex is definitely for much older people and family's (we are in our late 20s), so would have been nice to have some more people around the complex as it was very quiet. The pool and tennis court look much bigger online but they are very small.

It’s location, the fact that I could relax or do anything without hoping in my car! The unit was equipped with everything! All I needed was some groceries and to bring my clothes, personal items,and medications. Everything else was provided. The managers even let me walk through the unit before I booked. I hoped online immediately and booked. The units are eco friendly and set up to impact minimally on the environment. As I am passionate about this that was great. I was within walking distance of every activity that I wanted to do. I f I didn’t want to go out. The pool area and spa was just outside my door. It was so relaxing and the managers were so helpful and accommodating. There was undercover parking for free. I could have walks on the river morning and afternoon.

There was nothing to dislike! A truly exceptional property and excellent management by the nicest people!

Everything was exceptional. The check in to the check out was easy. Everything you need for home-cooked meal is included in the house. We have loved everything for the 4 days we booked. It had Netflix also when it's time to rest. Walk in swimming pool easy for the kids to wake up to. Thank you thank you Noosa Place Resort for a memorable 20th anniversary celebration weekend over the Australian Day. We look forward to booking with you again and again in the future.🥰

We had a 2 bedroomed house with modern furniture, a separate kitchen area and TVs in the lounge and bedroom. pool outside the door and efficient AC in very hot weather. Everywhere was spotless. Reception was very helpful and informative especially about free buses into Noosa during school holidays. Being in Noosaville it was quieter and less hilly than Noosa Heads. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Huge apartments, very good location with lots of parking. We even had a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom! Staff were very good and helpful. There is a lake down the road which has the most beautiful sunset away from the main crowds. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby - all walking distance

Shower, water pressure could have been better. The quality of the shower gel has been a lot better in other hotels etc.

Apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Given each apartment is independently owned, however, the photos on booking.com are only examples. The apartment opened out onto a pool area, which gave us the feeling of having our own private pool. Our kids loved the pool and we spent a good amount our time swimming or sitting in the spa. Although the resort appeared to be full, it never felt busy and we only shared the pool once with other guests. Very close to the riverfront and an ideal spot for going for morning or evening walks.

The location is so convenient for watercraft hire, restaurants and river walks. It’s a quiet location with easy access and parking, the rooms are simple and well maintained with well equiped kitchen.

Only one air conditioner for the whole house with ceiling fans to move the air around. Kids bedroom was warm but it was peak heat outside.

Our hosts were lovely and accommodating. Our apartment was comfortable and well located in relation to the river. We loved that the pool was right outside our lounge.

Would like to see some privacy screens or plants to screen off each apartments outdoor area, absolutely no privacy. Disappointed at the elderly lady policing the pool. The families staying when we were there, were respectful and courteous. Two ladies decided to take a relaxing dip when all the children and teens had departed. It was after 8.30 granted, but surely some discretion and common sense can be exercised. She shooed them out like naughty children then locked the gates....😔☹

Great location near the river. Lovely town house style accommodation . Very clean , well furnished . It was great to have super comfortable beds and pillows . Good facilities. We enjoyed having the pool to cool off as it was very hot during our stay, Convenient to have the parking outside our apartment, at level entrance .
