everything was very clean. thoughtfully designed. ours called the Abbey, church inspired. breakfast was good. they gave us some useful info about where to during our stay.
property for says there is free wifi. but at the checkin we were told there is no wifi. and reception was so weak, we practically had to be near windows or outside to have internet.

Such a stunning location and the view from the mountain can not be beaten. The cottage was so beautiful and cosy and the open wood fireplace was exactly what I wanted. The grounds are gorgeous, and reading on the deck with the complementary plunger coffee surrounded by trees, plants and birds eating from the bird feeder was the most relaxed I have been in a very long time. The breakfast in the mornings was absolutely lovely, and that spa bath was completely amazing!!!
Even though there was an open fireplace, the reverse cycle air-conditioner wasn't working so the mornings were incredibly cold since it was in the middle of winter. However, the staff did provide an electric heater for the bedroom so it was cosy at night.

The grounds are sensational, the location was great, right across the road from the hang glider lookout. And the converted church was a pleasure to stay in. It was lovely and clean, and quiet. A great relaxing weekend. A wonderful couples retreat.
The only thing I didn’t like was having to ask for firewood, to be told, we are only suppose to have 1 evening fire, and fire wood is very expensive. So we purchased 20kg of firewood from the local IGA for $20. It was a very cold rainy winter day, and the fireplace was a draw card for me. But all in all, it was a lovely relaxing 2 days.
