The staff at reception were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was great. My room was on the ground floor, so I didn't have to drag my bag upstairs. The small courtyard was lovely for a quiet cuppa in the morning or at night. Breakfast was excellent value for money. I ordered from the menu and couldn't finish any of the meals (large serves). This is the second time I have stayed here. I will definitely stay again. The free drink for not cleaning your room daily is a great innovation that I used.

I had a different room this stay. It was clean and comfortable but in need of renovation.

Loved the pool area, liked the resturant that had a wide variety of eats and the outdoor area for drinks and eats was also pretty good.

Sadly we had a good 24 hours without any aircon due to a fault that needed to be rectified the next day. With this issue we had cool showers and managed a few hours sleep off and on. The rooms next to the pool on ground floor had direct access, also parents need to be aware that ANY child under 10 need a fully grown adult with them! My sister-in-law and I were fearful at times. There are no lifequards which is fair dinkum! Mums and Dads take your responsibilty and don't blame the children for your neglect!

Close to airport and great shuttle service from hotel. An interesting room setup (rm 4102) but quite practical once I figured out the bathroom-kitchen-shower-toilet-wardrobe room. A fairly easy in-room dining service although my room phone did not work so I had to phone from my own phone to order. I stayed in five hotels on this trip and this was the only one that had Chromecast built into the TV... so a win for this!

As mentioned, the phone in my room did not work so I had to phone the restaurant using my mobile. Also, considering that the hotel is used by people taking flights at all times of the night and early morning, and considering that many have to get to bed super early because of early flights, the dining service trolley is horrendously loud and rattles like an old train for each order.

The option to go out on the balcony to have a cigarette. As we were going to a show at the casino, we decided to have room service for dinner and the food was fabulous and we didn’t have to wait to long before it was delivered. As we were staying at the front of the complex I wandered around the front garden. It had a play area, bbq facilities with a gazebo, beautifully manicured and very calming 😊

In our excitement to go to the show we forgot to preorder breakfast. As we paid extra for a late check out we slept in, Woke up approximately 9:30am hungry so went to order room service but the brochure said breakfast finished at 9 😜 Would have been happy to pay for room service even for something basic if it had been available.

I liked the design of the room, the restaurant was splendid for both breakfast and dinner options. The cleanliness of the place after housekeeping was good, as well as the range of carparks that they had was enough. The Wifi was also good to be streaming various shows on the Chromecast without any buffering. Very convenient location close to anything you would need during your stay.

I found that the fridge was too cold and thus froze some leftovers. The TV's google cast system was a bit difficult to use at first, but after the first few times it was easy.

Ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool.Room was up-to-date and clean.Great location for us for a 3 night stay with rental car, to explore Perth.

We booked a room with a kitchenette, so we believed based on the photos and listed room facilities.When we returned to reception to complain we didn't get a kitchenette we were greeted with a sigh and long pause.We got moved to another room with the explanation we should have requested a kitchenette before our arrival, that's what all guests normally do.Dont now how we would have known this, never having stayed here before.

As my flight arrived at night I was able to check in from the airport and ordered room service which was waiting for me when I arrived. The shuttle service from the airport was efficient and the driver was helpful and friendly. We had a great chat on the way to the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast was excellent and had a variety of hot and cold dishes. The free drink for going green was a great incentive. I will definitely stay here again.

Felt slightly uneasy to walk to the restaurant as I was a female alone so decided to have room service.

I have stayed numerous times, ground floor units have pool access which is great. Close to the airport and many other locations. Accessible free parking.

Stair access to second floor would be difficult for those with a disability. Notably the other block of units have a lift. Restaurant food is usually really good, ordered room service close to closing time and it was inedible. Phone was not working, had to walk to the restaurant to order room service, restaurant closed and phone not working to advise of food problems.

I loved that it was close to so many places, It was super handy to have the hotel has a bus that picks you up from the airport if you call the hotel and arrange it, you can even get dropped off at the airport if you need to return by plane after your stay, the room was spotless clean, 24 hour reception ment I could come and go as I please and have no worries. There's a restaurant in the hotel complex which can even be ordered as room service if you got the cash to spend.

I didn't like how the cleaners and a staff member only knock once and invite themselves in, I was getting dressed and said wait and the cleaner entered into my room. It was a bit strange the cleaning is done randomly between 7am-8:30am and knowing of this event made me a bit unease because I'm not the type of person to wanna be awake between 7am-8am though I put the do not disturb sign on the door a few times to sleep in. I would of liked to of used the spa though the 8 days I was there at the hotel I never go too because the pump was broken. The power also gets cut off when the cleaner is done so make sure if your downloading a file or needing power early at say 8am - just be aware. It's not that much of an issue just be aware.
