the location was perfect

Unfortunately all the plants on the terrace were dead. It really did detract from the lovely apartment. Everytime you looked out the window it was hard to look past all the dead plants.

I loved the walk in shower, the lay out of the apartment, the apartment was beautiful location was fabulous, close to cafes, restaurants, beaches and other attractions plus airport, the ladies (staff) were very friendly x

the only thing I would change is that we had clean towels everyday, I do understand cleaners don’t work weekends or PH but would of been nice to have fresh towels everyday & stock up on supplies in the bathroom 😊(and enough toilet paper as our stay was for 7 days) there was 3 days without clean towels however we could ask reception for clean ones but a bit hard when you’re in the other building of Quest. Our air con in the bedroom didn’t work it leaked water so we couldn’t use that.

The location was great. Right by the beach & plenty of food, restaurant & cafe options available nearby. Karrinyup Shopping Centre is also about a 10 min drive away. My room was right by the pool, the bath was nice & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. I had a double bed which was 2 single beds pushed together & there was a little dent in the middle where they met. I wasn't told if there was free wifi so I had to use my hotspot on my phone. The parking is $20 per day, I checked in at 5pm & was told that my parking would go until 12pm the next day so I didn't bother paying for parking. There is a carpark about 100m down the road though, so it wasn't too bad. I was just trying to get a park at the front of Reception to get my bags out.

I stayed in an apartment in the East Tower (across the street from the main location). Apartment was big, furnished as advertised, with a nice balcony (and yes, you could see the ocean :) ). Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was great, easy to walk to and from the Scarborough beachfront and the swimming pool.

Nothing major... A clothes rack for drying laundry/ wet swim gear would have been nice. Also, for some reason, the wind at night was really... noisy down the street my windows faced, but I got used to it.

Hallway to lifts are a bit drab. Missing a few facilities like a gymnasium or small convenience store or larger food dispenser range. Front foyer could be a bit more inviting with fruit bowl, cool drink. Utilises, kitchenware are a little light on. A small carton of milk and biscuits would be nice and maybe sachets of salt and pepper. A couple a plastic bags in kitchen draw would be good for dirty laundry bag. Still enjoyed stay

The receptionist was very attentive and cheerful. Always ready to help. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed and all we needed was included in our self catering stay. Pool was great to have a cool off and the aprtment was very close to the beach, supermarkets and bars/restaurants.

A clothes horse to dry clothes so we didn't have to use the electric drier for small amount of clothes.

Better drainage needed in the shower, after showers the bathroom was flooded. Long delay for exhaust fan to turn off after flicking off switch. Additionally, there was a hassle checking in. Wasn’t aware that to pay the bond a credit card was preferable as it works better for temporarily taking out the money for the bond. This could’ve been communicated/brought up prior to the stay

Location was an absolute winner for this one. Just 5 minutes and you're at Scarborough bus station, the heart of all commercial and retail activities in Scarborough. You can stock up your grocery supplies at Coles and cook them in the apartment. Not to mention the beautiful views of the beach throughout the stretch of the area and you can even pick up surfing lessons there. At the bus station, you can hop on a ride to exciting retail options in the area such as Westfield Innaloo where you could visit KMart, Target, Woolsworth and Coles as well as Ikea. You can travel further up to Karinyup via the train at Stirling Station, about a 15-20 minute bus ride from Scarborough Station. Every Saturday, they have a sunset market near the area as well for you to try interesting multi-ethnic dishes prepared by locals from Brazilian food to Japanese, Malaysian and so on. We got the newer apartments across the road from the reception. Rooms were spacious and pretty friendly for families with kids and had a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were a delight.

I was told that there isn't room service from Friday-Sunday. Hence if you're staying over the weekend you might need to upkeep the apartment and throw the rubbish yourself. But that's totally fine.

Easy access by elevator to rooms . Offers late check in. Studio apartment was very clean and had a great hot shower. Kitchen could have supplied complimentary milk for use on first night/morning. Parking garage was spacious but a shame you have to pay when you are staying for a week.

Mainly paying for parking particularly when staying for 7 nights or longer. Better pillows on beds would have been nice.

Great location, only a short walk to Scarborough beach, the outdoor pool and the supermarket. A couple of nice dining options nearby. The room was clean, fitted as advertised. Nice ocean view from the balcony (I stayed in an Executive studio). While it is true that the building faces a busy road, there wasn't much noise in the room with the balcony doors closed.
