Hotel Northbridge

Brilliant support from reception upon checking in under unusual circumstances. The lady on reception displayed remarkable patience and understanding and was the first in our fourth attempt to check-in somewhere that made it happen. Awesome.

This hotel is a hidden gem . Close to Northbridge but far enough away to not be bothered by noise or traffic. They have underground gated parking (reserve prior to check-in for availability) or Uber wait is about 2min. the rooms are amazing for what you pay for .staff are amazing and will go out of there way to help you have a wonderful stay.theres a boutique bar located within the hotel and they do a wonderful breakfast .the spa rooms are amazing .I will only stay here when visiting the city .thanks so much for a wonderful experience .

Spa bath in the room, very comfortable bed, and great service from the staff at both check in and out

area around the spa bath definately needed some renovation, peeling paint and traces of mould that had been cleaned up.

the spa was huge and rooms dark when blinds pulled, not too noisy. bed was really comfortable. the lady at reception was really lovely.

paint peeling away on ceiling, aircon not working properly. the pub at the closed at 9 and the staff working there were rude and unwelcoming. fridge smelt and wasnt very cold.

Affordable room with queen bed and spa. Cafes are close by, 2 to 6 minute walk. Rooms serviced daily. 10 mins to Elizabeth Quay by car. Very large rooms. Plenty of space to set up ironing and luggage. Iron, hair-dryer on board.

Lights didn’t work properly. Dirty and run down.. especially the toilet was sticky in unclean

Fast easy check in. Older style room set up and the spa/ shower/ bathroom was in the corner of the room with only a shower curtain for privacy so that seemed a little out dated and strange at first but it wasnt bad watching tv from the spa in the end. Haha. The bed was huge, clean and super comfortable!! Amazing value for money. Staff were incredibly kind, happy and helpful. The room service food is cooked and delivered from the bar/pub down stairs and it was by far the best food I've ever been served in a hotel room. $20 for a rib eye steak and chips. $20 for a parmi. Both huge and cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients aswell. I cannot recommend this pub restaurant enough. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Delish and will definitely stay again!!

Mini bar had water and milk. Some other refreshment options would have been nice other than the usual tea and coffee. Umm it was raining out side so that also sucked I guess. Lol

The staff were so accommodating and professional. They gave us a late check out and were very quick and easy getting the problems with the wifi and key card sorted in a matter of a phone call and visit to front desk.

Nothing that I would say I didn't like, as it was everything we needed for our weekend away.

The Hotel and bar staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. We loved the open plan design of our room very comfortable. Easy walk to the city.

Car park gate didn't work with our room cards. Beautiful old hotel that does need some renovating and update the tvs in the rooms.

Having a spa room was amazing Did need extra towels and a bucket of ice. I did request them when I called to confirm a few days before, but Rh, not a big deal. Was wonderful to stay there and definitely will again
