Hotel Sailer

Everything was really great, the room, the breakfast and staff. The breakfast buffet was good and various. Possibility to park a car at the courtyard. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the historic center of Innsbruck.

Glas shower and toilet. It was stylish, but absolutely uncomfortable. Beginning with the sounds and views from toilet and shower and ending with the light in whole room, when my wife went to a toilet at night and woke up all of us.

Location is perfect, close to the centre (old town), short walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants and public transport. During my stay it was quiet during the day and night. The "superior room" was comfortable with almost everything I need. I've also tested the restaurant of the hotel, the food was very tasty and I enjoyed meal in the hotel's garden.

My small complaints are: - there was a kettle in the room and tea bags, unfortunately no coffee bags. - I've missed room slippers (in a 4-star hotel)!To be frank available are a few news TV channels Oh, and of course I missed the English TV channels (since my German is at a very beginning level). Well, to be frank I have to say that in English are available a few TV news channels.

The location near both the railway station and the old town. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff. Rooms spotless. Tea making facilities. Comfortable beds. Extra pillows supplied on request. High standard of delicious food. Outside dining area. We would definitely book again.

There was not much to not like Some minor observations:It would be nice to have coffee as well as tea in the room. There is only a small space for seating downstairs when meeting people. There is building going on opposite but it was not a problem for us, even though we had rooms overlooking the site.

The layout of the 4-person room was great with two separate sleeping areas, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, central location near train station very convenient. The main double bed was very comfortable.

The second sofa bed wasn't so comfortable and there was a massive construction site across the road from the hotel which detracted from the atmosphere of the street. But this is temporary - my family all thought we would stay at Hotel Sailer again.

Hotel ideally located for access to the main railway station and the town centre. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very good. There were building works in the street but the closed room windows insulated us from the noise. The breakfast buffet was good quality. We chose the 4 course dinner menu in the Hotel’s restaurant which was superb. Marco, our waiter, was very attentive. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was very cramped. The water pressure in the walk-in shower was poor and water temperature fluctuated.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the water pressure from the shower was excellent. The location was superb as we wanted to be close to the main Innsbruck station and everything in the city was only a short walk away. The staff were super-friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage for a few hours prior to check-in and after checking out.

The breakfast buffet was very busy and quite crammed at the weekend. It was MUCH nicer on Monday morning. Popular items (bacon and fruit) ran out quite quickly. However, the food was good. There is a building site directly opposite (so not the best view!) but it was fine as we had an early start.

The reception staff is very kind and helpful. All of them were very happy to help us in whatever we needed. We were not week and needed some additional things like water kettle, tea, ice bags, heater and they were always there for us. Wonderful people!! The hotel has a ski room to store the gear when not in use. They also have a tie up with Die Böerse to have the rental gear dropped and picked up. Very convenient because those things are heavy and bulky to carry around. Very convenient location with an attached restaurant which is very well rated. We got a 3 day welcome card which makes public transport free, even to the stubai glacier. It comes with other discounts too. Seemed like a great deal. We really enjoyed our stay and we get really assured that we are in good hands, in case we need any help at all.

Something to get used to is the all glass bathroom with frosting in the lower half and curtains on the side facing the bed. The exhaust worked fine but the design of the bathroom in the small space is probably the best they could do. May not work for everyone though. If the glass is made fully frosted or a film is stuck to it, then it should be fine for most people.

Short walking distance to railway station. Very quiet despite building construction across the road. Room a good size, modern and comfortable. Bathroom had complimentary extras and magnifying mirror. Could open windows in room for fresh air. Nice restaurant and really good breakfast with hot/cold options and great selection of breads and such. Kettle and extra pillows provided on request. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing of note. Only had single pillows (the flat, feather kind) but extras provided on request, along with a kettle.

Location is great, stone's throw from the main train station (very handy for visiting other towns and villages in the Tyrol) and the old town is 5-10 min walk away. Everything was very clean and the restaurant decor is very pretty and traditional.

This was the third hotel I stayed in during a trip that also included Bratislava and Vienna and by comparison the hotel felt a bit... tired? Nothing absolutely wrong with it, everything worked and the staff were great, but the room felt functional rather than cosy and there are signs of wear and tear (e.g. cracked plaster). I guess I just expected a bit more from a 4* hotel - though I think the price was fair (~£100/night).

I always enjoy my stay here. Ii've come for many years now. The rooms are great, often with a nice view, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast great, and the restaurant also, both indoors and outdoors, where I frequently dine. The staff always wonderful.

Indeed i like everything about the hotel. My only complaint is that the price has risen substantially, at least for a single room. Hence, although i was in Innsbruck for 4 days, I booked elsewhere for the last two days.
