Location is just perfect! The hotel is directly connected to the train station by a lift. No need to go outside when you depart by train. And obviously, you are just next to the city centre. You can even rich the Bergisel ski jumping hill within 20 minutes on foot. Breakfasts are tasty and rich. There's even a toast machine. You can also go make yourself a cup of tea whenever you like, not only in breakfast time. The room was clean, spacious and warm. You can actually set the temperature yourself. It also had nice table to eat at. Amazing view on Alps from the room!

No tea/coffee set in the room - it's quite inconvenient when you have room on the fourth floor. Just one pillow per person. I know that for some people it's enough but if you need 2, then maybe ask a room service - we didn't have any opportunity to do so as we were doing sightseeing. The room is a bit dark in the evening - I would give it more lamps.

Short stop between train travel days. The room was simple and very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable as it it was essentially what seemed to be a futon top on a hard foam base. It’s connected to the train station via underground, so inclement weather is no concern transiting to/from the station. The breakfast was good. The staff were great!

No coffee or tea in the room, nor a refrigerator, but I’m sure they didn’t say there would be. I only mention it here in case it isn’t clear in the property info.

-Friendly staff -Check-in went very fast (about 3’) -2’ walk to the train station. Hotel connected to train station via a tunnel -Close to restaurants -Clean, spacious, modern room with great bed -Candy upon arrival -Ibis Spotify playlist! -Many TV channels, also a few English ones -Very quiet and dark room -Nice A/C

-WiFi is awful. You get deconnected every 5’ and it’s very slow. Sometimes you can’t connect at all -Hairdryer was broken -Shower didn’t feel cleaned and there were still hairs of the previous guests -No charging outlet near the desk -Why does the cleaning service get into your room at 10 AM on check-out day? -There was no one at the reception when I had to check out. A box is available to drop your card, but since I needed to drop off my luggage, I had to wait quite some time

I booked this hotel mainly for transport convenience, which is at one end of the train station. There is a lift that brings me to the hotel receptionist. Check-in and out are smooth, staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There is a MPREIS supermarket at the other end of the train station. Room is spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are spacious too. Hotel has air-con, fridge, and TV (a few English channels). I tried the breakfast once, cost €15. It is intercontinental buffet, with good varieties. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the old town. I am able to leave my luggage upon checking out. Overall very satisfied to stay here.

Connected via Innsbruck HB. When you rain or snowed never mind to take a elevator to front desk =) Room is very comfy and clean. Breakfast is quite standard for biz hotels.

Too near by Railroad truck so when you woke up you do not need to set your alarm clock. =( Little over price for breakfast. Shower room window is kind an old so need to up to date.

Breakfast was good. Good location if you were requiring trains or buses. Room was basic but clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

The escalator which goes from the pavement to the reception. It is very steep and my husband fell trying to get his bags on . I could not find a stop button on the elevator consequently he was dragged up.Luckily he walked away with no damage to himself only a torn coat. .Later we discovered there is a lift but it is not visible from the side our taxi dropped us off at.

You can access the hotel from the train station. It's really convinient. The lobby has spacious seats area. The staff at the lobby is friendly. The room is nice, spacious and clean. There're also table with 2 proper chairs(finally!) The bathroom is really nice, clean and bright. There's hair dryer provided in the bathroom. The breakfast room has lots of seating, variety of both hot(boiled& scramble eggs, bacon) and cold plate(ham, salami, cheese). The best part is waffle maker(self service)!!! Beverage corner is good too.

I don't have anything bad to comment but maybe give out guests 1-2 water bottle in the room would be nice

Great location. Close to railway station, easy walk to restaurants & Alt Stadt. Would stay again.

A fridge & tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We did know this beforehand, but we liked the location. Quilt on bed was too small for two people, but we found another one in the cupboard. The room was too warm for the quilt for one of us, so second quilt wasn't needed.

The location is what was important to me when choosing our hotel for our quick stay in Innsbruck and this hotel's location was the best we could have wanted. We needed something close to the train station and we couldn't have gotten anything closer- this hotel is literally AT the train station. it was basically like adjoining doors it was so close - hotel door and train station entrance door are only yards away from each other. And since it is located in the central area of the city, we were easily able to walk (15 minutes) to the old historic area of the city to sightsee. We were only in the city overnight, so location was very important to us. The rooms were small but comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful with questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checking out for the day until we left in the evening. Innsbruck is a BEAUTIFUL city, and we definitely wish we had more time there and we hope to someday go back.
