The room clean and size was good,, Parking direct at the hotel is included no problems finding somewhere to park. The room we booked was with two single beds had to change they put us in a room with one double bed which was corrected by the friendly staff at the reception. _Plus points to their friendly reception on arrival.

The breakfast could be better, beans to dry, no bacon, scrambled eggs i have had better. Bread was on the second morning not presentedl had to ask the staff if they could put out some more .Not enongh bread variety they need to present more corn bread rolls.. Baguette was enongh if you like baguette. The breakfast room actually looked unfinished with cheap tables and chairs

Wonderful soft towels, comfortable bed, and beautiful decorations and style of the room and whole hotel! It made it feel very sophisticated and fancy, without breaking the bank.

The room was very warm and we could not get the aircon to work well. The toilet paper was very hard and rough.

The balcony was a bonus and lovely to sit out and have a drink. The quality of the decor and fittings was excellent. Loved the indoor swing in the lounge area. Was a treat to have English tv. Drinks ordered from the bar were not overpriced. Plenty of sockets in the room.

The under sheet on the bed was not breathable and made us very warm. The top sheet was not long enough for the mattress and kept bunching up. Could not control the air con and ended up sleeping with the patio doors wide open. Only having one key card resulted in having to sit in the dark with no power if one occupant went out as the card was needed to access an additional interior door.

A lovely modern industrial style hotel with exposed ducting and polished concrete but softened with quirky artwork and decoration. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast, hot fresh croissants.

The shower "room" in the bedroom was very stylish but impractical. The glass screens around it didn't reach the ceiling and obviously the light went through the glass so if one person got up early and wanted a shower while their partner wanted a lie-in then it didn't work. It is possible to shower in very little light but it is not possible to stop the noise. Please see photo.

Hotel is absolutely lovely and clean. Great restaurant and great location.

Check in reception at the bar?? Not ideal. Absolutely ludicrous to be honest. One person doing Check in and same time serving customers at the bar!!! Not good at all. Delays on getting drinks and checking in. Very badly organised. Room was lovely and clean. One exception, one side of double bed right up against wall. It is not pleasant waking up in the middle of the night with a wall 2 inches from your face. Not much room on the other side either. One should be able to get in and out of bed on either side comfortably. P

Friendly reception staff on checking in who were very helpful. I especially liked the powerful shower in my room Quiet rooms

Night porter attitude early hours of 31.07.23. He was very rude and abrupt. After taking my belongings back to my car he informed me that he wouldn't let me back in if I went out again. This was totally unnecessary. Seemed to be using the disabled toilet as a hideaway.

Breakfast was okay though not particularly memorable. Whole complex is based on industrial look and feel...on the edge of feeling impersonal. Rooms are small but comfortable. High ceilings help. Windows can be opened at night which is great and it is very quiet in the area.

The style of the hotel was unique. The rooms were very spacious. We had a family room and a balcony. It was very clean. The breakfast was good, the staff were very polite and friendly and spoke English on reception. The location was fine (the hotel is based within a business centre in the middle of open fields), about a 10 minute drive into Namur which was a vibrant busy town with plenty of places to eat. There was a car park in the centre of town. Thereis plenty of parking at the hotel and about 10 or more electric charging spaces.

Nothing really. The only thing for us was that the restaurant attached (that doesn’t belong to the hotel) albeit a lovely restaurant was expensive and when you are a family of almost 4 adults it wasn’t within our budget.

the breakfast room is not the nicest (quite loud if many people are around) the lack of a small fridge in the bedroom was a clear miss

Clean, spacious rooms.

Lack of tea, coffee, kettle for hot water and bathroom slippers. There was no phone to call the reception either and I had to go down 4 floors to ask what I need. Also the conditioning shampoo bottle was empty. Room service could have checked for this and refilled it before we arrived. There were also napkins/ tissues missing at the breakfast room. I was also surprised at the rates offered via booking.com compared to the cheaper rates offered at the welcome desk. The receptionist was kind enough to offer us the discounted rate and complimentary breakfast. Booking.com; please offer the right rates.
