Baymont by Wyndham Red Deer

Front staff was excellent and incredibly accomodating. Room was nice enough, clean. Great location, was close to everything we needed. Lots of parking.

The selection at the breakfast buffet wasn't great, I definitely expected a bit more for what we paid for the stay. They also didnt enforce quiet time at the pool. Posted signs said 10pm, however there was a very large, very loud party in the pool until past 11pm. Was a little bit frustrating trying to get my 2 year old to sleep with the level of noise there was.

The night staff was amazing! Didn't really see or need the day staff but the lady at the front in the evening was beyond amazing, super helpful and friendly! The pool was also lovely!

The hotel definitely needs an update, everything looked much older and worn then in the pictures. The floor in our hotel had water damage and definitely needs to be replaced

Me and family really enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool with the fake trees make it really pretty our next trip we will be staying there again and hopefully get a ground floor

We liked everything about the stay the breakfast the staff and the room and my daughter's enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Unique in that the room overlooked the pool/atrium area which was very peaceful, and pleasant to walk through. Hot breakfast with several different options and attentive breakfast room staff. Bed was very comfortable, and shower pressure was great.

A birthday party and raucous fun could be heard from the pool and atrium below during part of the evening. We booked a suite, and were surprised by the layout of bedroom with only bed, and tv, pull out couch in main room. We made the most of it and spent most of our time relaxing in the main room. Overall a nice stay.

Loved the walk out to the pool. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy.

There was no remote for our TV in the room. We notified the front desk, and they had one sent out right away. It didn't work, so they sent someone to the room to fix it. Very minor, and they fixed the problem right away.

Staff was above average, in fact it was so refreshing to meet service industry personnel who actually genuinely cared. Shannon at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, and Om at lunch buffet was inquiring about what the chef could prepare for the next day and he was very conscientious about making sure we were happy.

When we pulled up we were a little disappointed but they were clearly undergoing renovations. The pool area and inside the hotel was better than expected. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was more than expected as well

The staff were absolutely amazing! We travelled with our dogs, and they went out of their way to make them happy every time we walked through the lobby! Every time we spoke to anyone there, they were always happy and helpful!

The AC unit in the rooms are LOUD. You can't sleep with it on at all. Luckily it was cool when we stayed there. In the dead of summer it would be too hot to sleep.

The location was great, good value, breakfast was great , the room was comfortable

The first room we went to smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff quickly arranged a new room for us. The exterior is starting to show a need for repair especially the roof.

Staffs were very accommodating especially Marvelyn from the front desk. Ambiance - Pool & mini park inside the hotel We love that we had the Adjoining room with kitchenette especially that we travelled with a group

We were hoping for better selection for breakfast. Bath tub took time to drain.
